That's abu Shabab and it's pretty obvious.
But apparently not to Ryan Grim who got spoon fed a story from some secret source out of the pro-Israel White House which immediately absolves Netanyahu and IDF leadership or Mossad, from any accountability when it comes to them clearly using their proxy terrorists to attack and IDF position killing several soldiers.
I don't think a bulldozer hit an unexploded munition because I can see in the video they released (which they got directly from their proxy forces) an RPG being fired at the excavator.
Could that have been a different location? Could the little band of guys walking been from a different day? Sure. Problem is two-fold. Meta data and ... why wouldn't they show video of actual Hamas fighters if they were just picking some random video to claim was that day? And meta data.
Ryan doesn't provide any evidence to back up his claim short of some unknown source in an administration that will clearly go the extra mile to support genocidal maniacs in Israel.
There were a lot of outlets who were saying it was a false flag and that Israel killed their own guys but all of a sudden now, because of Ryan Grim and his secret source, it is suddenly an accident.
Interesting timing for an accident, ain't it?
No. Not buying it. I have seen a video of an excavator sitting motionless and suddenly blowing up. The area looking like what the Abu Shabab guys fired that RPG at.
How does an excavator 'hit' and unexploded device while sitting still?
Now again, could be video of another attack, I get that... but these videos were released to the press in order to justify bombing civilians so... meta data. It would be far more convincing if they could release videos that justify their attacks if they all had the correct meta data to back up the claims.
So, I think they had their proxy army, Abu Shabab, active in that area, attack the location with a few sniper rounds and an RPG attack and then once the cat was out of the bag so to speak in the alternative news world on both the alt left and alt right sides, they needed something new to derail the false flag talk.
That's just my opinion on the matter.
