Rob Bauer's name is to be found on that ISW website, also in a relation with Karolina Hird, and he stated on May 16, 2024 in Brussels that the source of his knowledge about the war is Kiev. Which means that NATO is sailing while using a corrupted compass, while in the most severe storm on a wild ocean.
