The US will not enter into a defense agreement with Saudi Arabia unless the kingdom recognizes the state of Israel, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has said. However, Riyadh has made any recognition deal contingent on the Israelis agreeing to work toward the formal establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
Media reports last week suggested that Washington and Riyadh were drawing closer to signing a bilateral security pact, even as progress toward a Saudi-Israel normalization deal remained stalled. According to Reuters, the pact would see the US enter into a formal alliance with Saudi Arabia and help with its civilian nuclear program in exchange for Riyadh cutting some economic ties with China...

an independent Palestinian state is recognized on the 1967 borders with
East Jerusalem as its capital, and that the Israeli aggression on the

Genocider Joe and his Nutty Buddy likely waiting on S.A. recognizing the settlers b4 they go all in on rafah----that's the reason for this many months delay which a few out there i've come to see as shallow thinkers have erroneously or intentionally stated is because the chosen ones are out of bloodlust!
Look at this another way: just 2 days ago we got UAE saying no more flying those planes bombing yemen out of their base outside abu dhabi.
Those air routes they're all taking (US/UK), over LAND go clean across the S.A. wastelands.
Well known since just after it started last year, many sites put up the charts/maps and even gave the bases and mileage!
