BUT, based on what interest rates were just 1 year ago fall/2021 & rates now for home mortgage there, remembering they too have a housing bubble so the home prices are grossly inflated, mortgage term renewals will be costing around L600/mo more!
So they're already receiving in one hand L400, but paying out L600 out the other hand.

Some of it can easily be explained by energy refugees, where with winter coming those in the many eu countries facing Ngas & possible electricity (blackouts) rationing/cutoff/shortages/line pressure drops, and who realize they absolutely cannot financially survive this winter, are beating the rush, to those few EU countries who will still (might) be getting the old price reliable russian ngas.

I identified TS I and II yesterday, too obvious of course, but also Yamal NG pipeline Belarus-Poland-Germany.
This was far from an isolated attack. On September 22 there was an attempt against Turkish Stream by Kiev saboteurs. The day before, naval drones with English language IDs were found in Crimea, suspected of being part of the plot. Add to it US helicopters overflying the future sabotage nodes weeks ago; a UK “research” vessel loitering in Danish waters since mid-September; and NATO tweeting about the testing of "new unmanned systems at sea" on the same day of the sabotage.
It gets worse: there are no holds barred anymore on the Pipeline Terror front. Russia will be on red alert not only for Turk Stream but also Power of Siberia. Same for the Chinese and their maze of pipelines arriving in Xinjiang.
