Gov Newsom Signs Draconian Medical Misinformation Bill Into Law

On Sept. 7th of this year I published a video on BitChute titled 'California's AB2098 is a Dangerous Bill and Must Be Stopped' and in that video I explained just how dangerous AB2098 is to the people of California and specifically the doctors who serve there. 

'California's AB 2098 keeps doctors from being honest with their patients and demands they regurgitate the official consensus about the Rona and faux-vaxxes NO MATTER what even the MSM is saying at the time.'

In the dead of the night hoping to divert attention from his lecherous act, Gavin Newsom signed that bill into law on Friday, basically criminalizing informed consent in the state of California when it comes to these mRNA fake vaccines.

'Doctors who spread coronavirus lies could be disciplined for unprofessional conduct in California under a law signed Friday by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The bill, AB2098, introduced by Democratic Assembly Member Evan Low, declares that a physician or surgeon commits professional misconduct if they disseminate “misinformation or disinformation” about the nature and risks of COVID-19, its prevention and treatment and the development, safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

A doctor who commits such conduct could face discipline by the state medical board or osteopathic medical board and in severe cases, could potentially lose their license to practice in California.

It was the last remaining vaccine-related bill of note after the more controversial measures didn’t pass' AP

What constitutes a 'coronavirus lie' you ask? It's difficult too say since what had been determined to be a lie just months ago, or even a year ago, turns out to be true today. 

 

This bill is designed to put a stop to that trend.

Dedicated medical professionals like Dr. Aseem Malhotra will certainly fall into that 'misinformation or disinformation' category.

Malhotra just published a peer reviewed two-part study at the Journal of Insulin Resistance titled 'Curing the pandemic of misinformation on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines through real evidence-based medicine' 

'Results: In the non-elderly population the “number needed to treat” to prevent a single death runs into the thousands. Re-analysis of randomised controlled trials using the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology suggests a greater risk of serious adverse events from the vaccines than being hospitalised from COVID-19. Pharmacovigilance systems and real-world safety data, coupled with plausible mechanisms of harm, are deeply concerning, especially in relation to cardiovascular safety. Mirroring a potential signal from the Pfizer Phase 3 trial, a significant rise in cardiac arrest calls to ambulances in England was seen in 2021, with similar data emerging from Israel in the 16–39-year-old age group.  

Conclusion: It cannot be said that the consent to receive these agents was fully informed, as is required ethically and legally. A pause and reappraisal of global vaccination policies for COVID-19 is long overdue.

Informed consent has drastically reduced Big Pharma's profit margins as of late. The longer people have to evaluate the environment and the results of the fake vaccines, the more likely they are to opt out of this, the largest human experiment ever conducted under the guise of a medical treatment.

The people of California, fake left or not, need to start organizing protests against this horrible bill. The over-reach of it into your personal relations with your medical professional is beyond fascist. It bodes a coming Dark Ages in American healthcare and should not be viewed lightly by anyone regardless of how they voted in 2020.

What will your personal doctor not be allowed to discuss with you next? What will be taboo for the Greater Good? How much might that lack of knowledge harm you and your family?

We have a right to all the information when making decision about our bodies and what goes in them, not just what our masters deem useful to their agenda. That's what autonomy means.

Slowly but surely they are eroding every single one of your rights. They are turning you into a thing they posses and they can control. 

On Sept 7th I said this thing had to be stopped. Now I write it has to be revoked.
