Canadians are finding it more difficult to pay for food, housing and transportation and nearly half are on the brink of insolvency as rising interest rates and soaring inflation continue to weigh on household budgets.
That's according to MNP's quarterly Consumer Debt Index released on Monday.

US NE ALREADY having heating oil (basically kerosene) shortages/delays and huge price % vs last year in filling customers for winter, & also diesel problems which of course is needed to get the oil trucks to the houses!
