Prigozhin was getting in the way of our control over the new dictatorship in Niger. He went there and contracted with new leadership and boasted that he was giving Nuland and the US pause in their plans to dictate the new path for the nation. As a result it seems we got our puppets in Ukraine to use a surface to air missile to take out the leadership of the Wagner Group thus leaving Niger leadership defenseless. Its how we roll.
They never mentioned Prigozhin's contract demands nor the staged false flag attack while repeatedly contradicting themselves. And contrary to what these two try to tell you, this is NOT a black eye for Putin and Russia. This is just yet another example of what it looks like when a government checks an out of control oligarch and puts em in their place.
Prigozhin had wanted Russian MoD to give him new contract with unlimited and soldiers after his glorious victory over ragtag conscripts in Bakhmut. Wasn't going to happen. Instead Russia told them his mercs had to sign onto MoD contracts pledging alliance to Russia, not him. So Prigozhin staged his stupid false flag attack and marched his troops. It has failed. Russia won. And the billionaire has to lick his PR wounds.
The counter-offensive has failed. Nations across the world are calling for an end to this conflict through negociations but our oligarchs need more time for the IMF to declare our states as failed and demand austerity measures and a new global order so they have to keep this thing going for a little while.
