'According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the 2020 presidential election saw the highest voter turnout of the 21st century with "66.8% of citizens 18 years and older voting."
The Federal Election Commission reports that 158,429,631 people voted in the 2020 presidential election. Based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the voting age population at the time was 252,274,000.' USA Today

Supremes didn''t vote as they did in 2000 in Gore vs Supremes, so correct answer is in 2020 there were NINE missing votes!
