The Brooklyn subway shooting event is wrapping up a little differently than previous AmGlad ops. So we should take notice of the differences.
Frank James called into Crime Stoppers himself. He claims to have seen an image of himself yesterday morning while getting something to eat and charging his phone at McDonald's.
He claimed to see his image on a news report and discovered they wanted to talk with him. The call dropped after a minute and another person called right after claiming they saw him at that location
When the police arrived, Frank was several blocks away. He was arrested without incident.
According to the story, Frank had traveled to Philadelphia a couple weeks ago and rented a room in the city. He visited a storage facility which supposedly housed the gun he used and several others as well as some ammo.
He conveniently left a receipt from that facility in his orange vest which he left at the scene of the shooting.
They now claim that there was one camera working at the location where he boarded the subway and they released this one photo of him.
To me the image of Frank being arrested makes him look bigger than the man searching for his subway card. Also, could be lighting, but the man in the second photo seems to have a darker complexion. But that is hard to see since he is covered almost on every inch of his skin including his hands.
Why didn't they release an image of him walking thru the turnstile?
An why is he carrying so much stuff to just leave it all behind after the shooting? He clearly went there for that purpose so why bring all the extra crap he wasn't gong to need. He has an athletic bag and a rolling suitcase with him.
With his arrest more questions surfaced than were put to rest. Why was he still in Manhattan the next day? Had he been there overnight? Did he come back to the city that morning? How long had he rented the storage unit? Did he actually rent it or was it part of the op? He had been gone in Philly for two weeks. Was he there on his own accord or was someone sitting on him waiting for the green light? Had he made any videos since the one traveling to the city?
Lots of questions. And then there is this one... motive?
At least they didn't suicide him. He's going to get a trial like that guy in Aurora did. My guess is he will be drugged to the gills til the verdict is in. Like the guy in Aurora was.
But that is that. They got their new case study in gun grabbing and Frank will be prison for the rest of his life.
If I had to guess I would say that isn't Frank James in that photo as the turnstile. Everything was just a little too neat in terms of the evidence left lying around for them to find.
Too neat indeed.
UPDATE
They did release an image of him walking thru the turnstile. I don't think it helps their case.
They now claim he rode around on the subway all night and that he left the station on the R-train. So why aren't we seeing a bunch of photos and videos of him AFTER the shooting and WITHOUT all the gear covering up his face?
