IMPORTANT UPDATE: While this video was processing, I went into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee and have a potato chip. Beau came in behind me and asked for a chip so I gave him one and he ate it. Then he went over and started eating some dry cat food out of the cats' bowl. I let him have a bit and took that up, then gave him a couple spoonfuls of moist food. So... he is eating a bit. I am so relieved. Will let you know how all that processes but it's been about half and hour and he hasn't thrown up. Cross your fingers. Say a prayer. Either way, I feel so much better he's eaten something by choice. Thank you all for your concern and well wishes.

Blue Pearl lied to me on the phone. Treated me more like a mark than a concerned loving pet owner. Can't forgive em for that. Beau went through a lot so they could make their sales pitch. I am still working on saving him. Just letting you know what's going on.
Glad to hear Beau is somewhat better and is eating on his own. I have three aging dogs so I know how devastating it is when your dog child is sick.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it possible that your puppy has chewed on something poisonous? A plant, for instance?
ReplyDeleteIt is terrible how money-minded vets (and doctors) have become. I think it is part of a general problem affecting American society. We must look for the cause of this general trend, therefore.
