Yep,totally agree with your take on this. And yes, it follows the same pattern as the Maidan when snipers essentially fired at all sides. Classic black op. In fact, the NED subverted the original 'Occupy' protests in Honk Kong back in 2014, which were as big, but they've been at this a long time. Not to mention that some of the protest leaders are asking for asylum in Taiwan, which is also a flashpoint between the West and China. Honk Kong is the West's financial center + this has nothing to do with the case of some criminal who killed his wife, but a convenient pretext.
