Perhaps someone in the opposition (one of them who really DOESN'T want elections to be held) contacted Dr. Sanon to tell him they were making ready their candidates for Sept. elections and wanted him to come down to Haiti to press the flesh and get on the ticket. So he hires security detail for protection and down he goes just in time to be framed for murder. Stranger things have happened.
