He had a losing record at Miami, he was always a defensive minded coach and ratting out owner of the Dolphins after he gave him a job AND hired a black general manager (not to mention casting shade on John Elway at the same time) just looks like a case of sour grapes. NFL owners want to hire offensive minded coaches with winning records and THAT is why he lost out. Now he is a pariah.
