According to this stupidity, the shooter, while pulling into the parking lot at the school, sent an Instagram to someone she had not talked to since MIDDLE SCHOOL and said she was going to do a 'BAD THING' and that she left "EVIDENCE BEHIND" proving she did it. Who is writing this? The people from Velma?
