DeleteIt may not have started purposely, but that does mean it couldn't have been given a little help and/or things done to interfere with the response to it. And the Governor's stated goal - well before the fire - of wanting to totally rebuild Maui along the WEF guidelines and make the entire island into a model "15 minute" city certainly does nothing to dispel suspicions, especially since she has repeated her intentions with more emphasis since the fire. I still believe there is more to this than meets the eye.
According to the locals the warning siren wasn't working to warn people of the fire. The fire hydrant didn't work, had no water. In january 2023 there was a meeting in Maui regarding the 15 mins city that WEF wanted it to become. Also weeks before that the insurance premiums on many of those homes inctrased drastically.
