No Deal With Iran Except Unconditional Surrender - Trump

from Sputnik News Agency

US President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States will not sign any agreement with Iran and will accept nothing short of its unconditional surrender.

"There will be no deal with Iran except UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER!, After that, and the selection of a GREAT & ACCEPTABLE Leader(s), we, and many of our wonderful and very brave allies and partners, will work tirelessly to bring Iran back from the brink of destruction, making it economically bigger, better, and stronger than ever before."

They then moved the goalposts again by trying to redefine what 'surrender' means:

"Unconditional surrender could be that [the Iranians] announce it. But it could also be when they can't fight any longer because they don't have anyone or anything to fight with," he said in a phone interview.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt later said on Fox News that "unconditional surrender" means Trump determining "that Iran can no longer pose a threat to the U.S. and our troops in the Middle East."
