On Behalf of the IMF, Obama to Pony Up $184 million to Fascist “Democracy” in Ukraine

Forget orange. Fascism is the new black.

Not that long ago, the elected government of the Ukraine refused to impose IMF austerity measures on their own people on behalf of the global cartel of international banksters. They decided instead to seek out a different kind of loan agreement from Russia and they moved away from integration with the EU as per the wishes of their people. This kind of disobedience was not to be allowed.

 

• Among the reasons Mr. Yanukovych turned away from signing political and trade accords with Europe in November was his unwillingness to carry out austerity measures and other reforms that the International Monetary Fund had demanded in exchange for a large assistance package.  New York Times

• A $15 billion bailout package secured by Mr. Yanukovych from Russia in December has been suspended, and Ukraine is now hurtling toward default. New York Times

• Arseniy P. Yatsenyuk, the leader in Parliament of the Fatherland Party and a leading contender to serve as acting prime minister, pleaded with colleagues to swiftly reach an agreement on the designation of an interim government, which is needed to formally request emergency economic assistance from the International Monetary Fund. • The International Monetary Fund has made clear that it will demand austerity measures and other long-stalled economic changes in exchange for any assistance package. New York Times

The fascist government that is in power now in Ukraine got there because the CIA and Blackwater and other outside institutions used a variety of out of power politicians and neo-Nazi groups to create violence and instability in the country in pursuit of their blessed regime change. 

 

Here’s a little background before we get into today’s news:

• Maiden leaders hired snipers to kill their own people.

• The fascist thugs attack and beat Ukrainians who support the anti-IMF course the country had mapped out.

• They throw fire bombs and fire handguns during their “protests”

• Hundreds of pounds of U.S. military grade explosives were found in the hands of radical neo-Nazi thugs.

• Neo-Nazi fascist animals ran around threatening and assaulting politicians who would not submit to the IMF plans.

• Fascist thugs murder and burn dozens of opposition protesters at a labor union building.

• New York Times covers it up.

• Our AIPAC-backed politicians ran over there in the early stages to plot and plan with Jew hating fascist neo-Nazis

• In the early stages, we sent over some Chicago Boys to “help” our new fascist government write a pro-IMF and neoliberal constitution and start laying out those all important austerity measures.

• The privatization wave began almost immediately.

• A privatization billionaire Soros, applauds loudly for all that “democracy” we brought to Ukraine. Licks his lips in anticipation for his slice of the pie.

• Chevron gets in on the act.

• So does the vice president’s son

• The corrupt government makes the people pay by hiking gas prices by 50%.  more profit for the privatized industry

• President Peace Prize says the referendum in Crimea was worse than Shock and Awe in Iraq.

• Death squads are created by the puppet regime in order to maintain “stability” for the globalist interests….

• … because the IMF told them to do it.

• The death squads continue operating in the eastern part of the country to this day

Now that they’ve successfully thwarted the will of the people in Ukraine on behalf of global banking and business interests and the IMF, now that they’ve staged a phony little “election” to provide the thinnest possible veneer of legitimacy for their technocrat government and the requisite brutal death squads that always accompany them, it’s now time to pony up even more of your money in order to placate the gods of big business and banking, making sure that there is plenty of loot to be divided up and plenty of bullets, propaganda and torture chambers to quell the ignorant masses.

Business as usual in other words.

The US has pledged an additional $48 million fund for Ukraine to strengthen its state border guards service and “enhance national unity particularly in the East and South.” Earlier, President Obama offered Kiev $5 million in “non-lethal” military aid…

…“The United States is committed to supporting Ukraine’s democratic reforms, economic development, and sovereignty and territorial integrity,” the announcement read.

By “economic development” the White House means “efforts to carry out the reforms needed to make its IMF and World Bank programs” as well as “diversify” its trade…

… The announcement came from Vice President Joe Biden…

… Obama already offered Kiev potential training of its law enforcement and military personnel as well as additional military help.

The total amount of financial aid to Ukraine by the US will reach over $184 million this year, including all previous packages, according to the White House” RT

Translation from Newspeak to standard English?

1. “Democratic reforms” means technocrats writing a pro-neoliberal constitution and crushing real democracy in the country.

2. “Economic development” means saddling the population with crushing debt and imposing brutal austerity measures on the people as well as setting up infrastructure that allows outside businesses and speculators (like Soros) to break down barriers to their hot money schemes and looting.

3. “Territorial integrity” means setting up the mechanisms to keep the population suppressed effectively so that all important “stability” can be counted on by outside investors looking to cash in on a docile worker pool. Crushing dissent, propaganda, death squads, domestic spying, creation of lists of potential and active dissidents.

Yes, we’ve come full circle in Ukraine. And all it took was a complicit Vichy media, the left cover of ObamaGod (a.k.a. “President Peace Prize”), tons and tons of your money and some greedy opportunist neo-Nazis who were ready, willing and able to beat, burn and kill anyone who got in the way of Obama’s new Nazi Germany in a country that once sacrificed nearly everything to turn back the fascist hoards not all that long ago.

Obama’s partners in this new venture? They’re the ones who praise the Nazi sympathizers who committed acts of terrorism in support of fascism back then.
