Did FBI Employee Shaquille Azir Set Up His Own Employees in Fake Bombing Plot in Exchange for Light Sentence on Bad Check Charges?

In a word?…. yes

The FBI foiled yet another of the terror plots they created, the CIA saved us all from yet another Umar Fizzlepants, and it turns out that Osama bin Laden wanted to start fires across America and kill Barack Obama because he hates all the “freedom” he has given us.

Yes folks, it’s election time again in America and they need to demonize more radicalized white males, Occupy protesters, and the dreaded “international leftists” since their Hutaree Militia trial went bust. CNN’s headline says it all; “Homegrown Terrorism isn’t just Islamist“

But perhaps the most disturbing aspect off all of these laughingly stupid and insultingly pathetic propaganda campaigns is the fact that the FBI is still looking to prosecute the 5 kids from Cleveland who seem to have been set up by their convicted felon FBI snitch of a boss who has sold them down the river for a few pieces of silver and apparently a light sentence on two new charges of passing bad checks.

If you happen to be a convicted felon with cocaine possession, theft, grand theft, aggravated theft, tampering with records, and bad check convictions, what career prospects do you have ahead of you?

Well, for one thing, you can work for the FBI setting up your own 20 year old employees with fake terrorism plots.

 

Meet Kelvin Jackson a.k.a. “Shaquille Azir” his new “terrorist” sounding name. Kelvin was paid over $5,700 (plus an expense account mind you) to set up and entrap some Occupy Wall Street people back in October of last year by the FBI.

According to a 22-page FBI affidavit outlining the charges Kelvin not only found these kids (4 of them are under the age of 26 while Kelvin is reportedly 39 years old) and put them up to the alleged plot to blow up a bridge, but he also “fronted” them the money to buy the explosives from yet another FBI informant.  Oh yeah, one of the accused

“Azir arranged for the purchase of the C-4 from an undercover FBI agent. He also fronted the alleged conspirators money for the buy of the material, which had been rendered inert by federal investigators.”

“The FBI source–who has been paid “$5750 for services and $550 for expenses”–has prior convictions for cocaine possession (1990), robbery (1991), and four convictions for passing bad checks between 1991 and 2011, according to the bombing complaint. No mention is made, however, of Azir’s two pending criminal cases.

Additionally, the FBI somehow failed to mention a variety of other convictions–grand theft, tampering with records, aggravated theft–” Smoking Gun via Common Dreams

If you look at Kelvin’s criminal history you notice that he was still on probation when the FBI signed him up to be their snitch in June of 2011.

You will also notice that at least one of the kids facing charges backed out of the plan 2 days prior to when it supposedly was to take place.

You will also notice something rather odd.. that several of the alleged plotters actually worked on buildings owned by Kelvin, the snitch. This certainly calls into question the FBI’s official story that Kelvin met them as a result of him going to the Occupy demonstration and finding aggressive troublemakers in the crowd. It might even imply that Kelvin actually took them there himself, if in fact he was their employer at the time.

Some of the accused bomb plotters apparently worked on buildings owned by Azir, who told members of the group that he wanted to keep the C-4 “in one of his properties so that they do not have to involve anyone else in the plan.” Two days before the bridge bombing was to occur, one of the alleged plotters, Connor Stevens, decided that he wanted to bail from the conspiracy, according to the federal complaint. However, the 20-year-old Stevens “still wanted to work on CHS’ houses,” reported FBI Agent Ryan Taylor.[...]” Smoking Gun via Common Dreams

So Stevens wanted out of the bomb plot but “still” wanted to keep working for him. What does that tell you? That tells you that Kelvin didn’t just meet these kids at an Occupy demonstration but rather some of them (if not all of them) seem to have been his employees.

He set up his own employees to serve life sentences for a bomb plot he himself created and the FBI is going along with the prosecution.

Consider this… Kelvin knew he had a trial coming up in November for two new felony bad check charges and he knew if he didn’t come up with something they would toss him back in prison (he was already a multiple felon who had served prison time before). He also knew that he was currently a paid informant working for the FBI and if that got out while he was in jail (by a guard or someone with access to his file) then he would be gutted like a fish in there. So, what does he do? Out of desperation, he set up his own employees so he would have something to offer the feds and in exchange he got a light sentence (18 months probation)

Something like that you would expect from a career creep like Kelvin but what most people in this country wouldn’t expect is the fact that the FBI would go along with it knowing full well these kids are innocent and have been set up by their own boss.

However you look at it, it’s entrapment. And these kids weren’t Occupy protesters unless Kelvin took them down there himself. 

It’s despicable how our “justice” department works.
