Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, posted a formal apology to “the Jewish community” to his Instagram account on Tuesday. Written in Hebrew, the post has replaced all of Ye’s previous content on the platform.
In the statement, Ye expressed remorse for “any ‘unintended outburst’ caused by my words or actions,” which many interpreted as referring to the artist’s frequent tirades about Jews and their alleged control of industries including entertainment, education, and medicine – rants that effectively ended his career last year as corporate partners raced to distance themselves from him.
“It was not my intention to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused,” Ye wrote, adding that he was “committed
to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure
greater sensitivity and understanding in the future.”

ReplyDeleteOnly thing i've ever found mildly entertaining about kanye is the thought that he's one of those faux celebs who could carry on his 'career' uninterrupted with no loss of star power were he to undergo that operation the hollyweirdo crowd are so into, because he could just rebrand himself? as Tanya West.

she contracted it in late 2019 as many did, to note, and she still doesn't say if/when she got any clotshots starting about 1 year after that when rolled out.
she doesn't assign any blame for how hard it hit her on what could be a very compromised immune system from her well known and admitted booze/coke heydays in the late 70's, and her wacky claim that 'you never cure it' (=Long Covid) could easily be that. Also compounding is her age and the normal senescence of the immune system especially after 55-60; she would have been near 70.

The night of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I knew before I went on stage that something was wrong with me, so I had to really pull it together. The next day I got really sick, and I ended up going into the hospital in Philadelphia for a week in ICU with double pneumonia and human metapneumovirus and asthma.”
Nicks added, “Talk about your oxygen levels going down; my oxygen levels were hardly existing. And if I was on a ventilator… My mom was on a ventilator for a month and she was hoarse for the rest of her life.”
