So we may be facing in the 21st century a completely new kind of inequality which we have never seen before in human history—on the one hand, the emergence of a new upgraded elite of superhumans enhanced by bioengineering and brain-computer interfaces and things like that, and on the other hand a new massive useless class, a class that has no military or economic usefulness and, therefore, also no political power.

All becuz they're trying to hide their evidence t(r)ail showing clearly in the fetus which grows a reptilian tail early on, but is then dissolved away within a few weeks.
Except in perhaps 1 in 100 million it doesn't dissolve away, recorded many times down history medically (in drawings of course b4 there was photography)!
It's the very reason, as David Icke pointed out decades ago, that almost every one of the top-tier 'leader class' eons ago took to wearing long, impressive flowing trailing robes and such, to hide their lizard tails!
