So, in sum, peeps with worst reactions to the shots are those with poor/narrow/compromised gut biomes (bacteria+fungi), AND/OR too leaky a 'leaky gut' (the one cell thick membrane separating the gut wall from the blood, which takes the nutrients via the portal vein to the liver first) from too much antibiotics, poor diet, toxins such as glyphosate, booze (ethanol of which partially short-term dissolves the gut 'glue' or 'cement' which fills in that gap between cells in that one cell membrane in the gut! THAT is what causes the hangover mostly, but also because ethanol itself being an alcohol is poisonous, but the least poisonous of all alcohols.).
Gut biome most in 1st world today only about 5000- 8000 species, but seriously ill or compromised have as few as 800. For reference, hunter-gatherers today still around have in the 20,000 range!
