Manufactured Hero Edward Snowden: Correa Pulls Support for Snowden – It’s Been the London Consul of Ecuador Backing Assange and Snowden (archive)

(archived from June 29, 2013)

by Scott Creighton

People have often asked me why someone like Ecuador’s President Correa would help with the various psyops, Julian Assange and Edward Snowden. I wondered about that myself til I read the following new report out of the Guardian this morning: it’s been their London office putting out all this support for the various psyops, not Ecuador… and now their president is pissed off and pulling his support.

The plan to spirit the surveillance whistleblower Edward Snowden to sanctuary in Latin America appeared to be unravelling on Friday, amid tension between Ecuador‘s government and Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks.

President Rafael Correa halted an effort to help Snowden leave Russia amid concern Assange was usurping the role of the Ecuadoran government, according to leaked diplomatic correspondence published on Friday.

The New CISPA, the “Freedom” Act, Failed in Senate… for Now (archive)

(archived from November 19, 2014)

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: Justin Raimondo has a good breakdown of the fraud of the USA Freedom Act and argues many of the same points I do.

Rather than fundamentally changing the way the NSA scoops up data, the bill merely outsources collection to immunized telecoms, compelling them to do the NSA’s dirty work…

The so-called “transparency” provisions in the bill contain numerous loopholes..

Some civil liberties groups, like the ACLU and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, argue that the present bill is “a first step,” and is better than nothing. This is nonsense: this bill is worse than nothing.

——

The bill will retain the essential operational capabilities of the existing bulk telephone metadata program while eliminating bulk collection.” James Clapper on his support of the USA Freedom Act.

Last night the USA “Freedom” Act, written by the same man who brought us the USA “Patriot” Act, Jim Sensenbrenner , failed to clear a key procedural hurdle in the Senate which would have allowed it’s supporters to bring it to the floor of the Senate for a simple majority vote, which it would win easily with the lame duck democratic Senate. The vote was 58 to 42, mainly down partisan lines with the dems supporting it by a wide majority. The pro-Business corporatist White House “strongly” supports the bill.

I have written on multiple occasions that the entire Edward Snowden psyop was designed in order to pass a new version of CISPA which 800 major US corporations sent advocates to D.C. to push for just a few months prior to the launch of the Snowden psyop.

Cass Sunstein and CIA Director at Time of the Leak are the Advisers Fixing the “Crisis” Caused by Snowden Psyop

(archived from December 13, 2013)

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: See update at end of article

UPDATE 2: See recent revelations about the Sunstein group’s recommendations. Here’s a hint : keep spying and collecting data.

UPDATE 3: Sunstein group recommended telecom companies collect and hold data themselves. See quote at end of article

——

Sunstein “government can supply these independent experts with information and perhaps prod them into action from behind the scenes,”

The Manufactured Hero Edward Snowden psyop is coming to a dramatic conclusion. While Sibel Edmonds is exposing Glenn Greenwald as the money-grubbing fraud that he is with help from a virtual army of Twitter pit-bulls (keep at it you guys), I happened to run across something new that should help put it all into a slightly clearer perspective.

This latest development along with the good work of Sibel Edmonds on this matter, should make the Manufactured Hero saga of Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald perfectly clear as nothing more than a psyop designed to ready the public mind to accept this year’s version of Big Business’ wet-dream… CISPA.

No two ways about it now. No question. We are in deep deep deep doo-doo folks. And Sunstein agent Greenwald is shoveling just as fast as he can.

Manufactured Heroes: Frances Haugen and Edward Snowden

This is not about one party as Glenn Greenwald would have you believe. Remember who gave us the first fake whistleblower story of the 21st century. This is about absolute control of the internet and thus absolute control of thought. Period.

The Missing Motive of the Snowden Psyop: CISPA (yes… CISPA)

Is Glenn Greenwald willingly setting the stage for the passage of the highly unpopular CISPA by helping to create this new “crisis” at this critical time? Is “the conversation” everyone is talking about us having, actually going to center around the passage of “Big Brother’s Friend” CISPA? I believe it is…

“The primary problem (with CISPA), according to Meeks, is that it tries to kill a flea with a baseball bat: Any alleged security the bill offers against potential hackers “comes at the expense of unfettered government access to our personal information, which is then likely to be sucked into the secretive black hole of the spying complex known as the National Security Agency.” Bob Adlemann, April 23, 2012

800 companies spent $68 million dollars lobbying congress to pass CISPA this past year. The first hurdle was  the House of Representatives on April 18th of 2013. Glenn Greenwald was contacted on May 1st by Edward Snowden. Suddenly the talk is about “having the conversation” about privacy and security, the EXACT conversation that would be required in order to push something like CISPA into becoming a law.

That is, after the right crisis is created and the MSM hype it enough.

You think that’s a coincidence? That all of this is happening in a non-election year right before the bill is to go to the senate and eventually to Obama for him to sign? I don’t think so.

The Curious Timing of the Snowden “Leak” and Obama’s Formation of the PCLOB – Laying the Groundwork for CISPA

(archived from) June 23, 2013 by willyloman

by Scott Creighton

The problem was Edward Snowden, the reaction is the PCLOB and the solution is CISPA.

What is significant about the timing of the CISPA promoting army of corporate suits hitting D.C. right before the president and congress finally get the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) up and running (Obama never put this board into play even though they were supposed to be the agency reporting to congress about our civil liberties and mass spying by agencies like the NSA) and around the same time Edward Snowden is talking to Glenn Greenwald setting the stage for his big “groundbreaking” leak?

Why does Obama keep talking about “having the discussion” about the “right balance” between privacy and security while repeating the notion that the way to fix the current manufactured crisis has to include the private sector? Isn’t that “Big Brother’s Friend” CISPA?

Why is it OK to call Snowden a traitor (which could get him and other whistleblowers killed) but down right unacceptable to say it’s a psyop?

Why are people being dragged out of public forums for simply saying we don’t need to “have the discussion”?

What is the role of the PCLOB in CISPA? Are they connected?

Glenn Greenwald Cashes In: CISPA Backing eBay Founder Sets Him Up with His Own Network

(archived from) October 16, 2013 by willyloman

by Scott Creighton

Soon you’ll be able to rank Glenn Greenwald up there with Arianna Huffington, Amy Goodman and Oprah as the biggest and richest fake liberal sell-outs to the Business Party this country has ever produced.  For the record, Clinton doesn’t count because he was always a fascist sell-out from day One.

With the help of a billionaire “philanthropist” (who’s main interest is creating “business centered solutions to the political problems in America”.. which ironically, IS THE PROBLEM with America, that’s it’s “business centered”) named Pierre Omidyar (of eBay) , Glenn is leaving his job at the Guardian to start up his own internet network providing “news’ and “journalism” to those people out there starved for more Sunshine Press Productions’ version of the “truth”

“Glenn Greenwald, who has made headlines around the world with his reporting on U.S. electronic surveillance programs, is leaving the Guardian newspaper to join a new media venture funded by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, according to people familiar with the matter.” Reuters

The Consequences of the Russian/Turkish Memorandum of Understanding

Yes. There is an appearance by LARPer King "Edward Snowden" near the end of this video.
Watch this video in which Trump admits they and the Kurds have taken the oil fields from Syria and will remain in the country to "protect" it and decide what to do with it in the future. https://twitter.com/haloefekti/status/1187218526832070656
