A seminal case questioning the accuracy of the 2024 Presidential and Senate election results in Rockland County, New York, is moving forward. In open court last Thursday, Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court, ruled that discovery must proceed, pushing the lawsuit brought by SMART Legislation into the evidence-gathering stage. The lawsuit seeks a full hand recount of the Presidential and U.S. Senate races in Rockland County.
SMART Legislation, the action arm of SMART Elections, is the lead plaintiff in the case. Both organizations are dedicated to ensuring fair and accurate elections.
"There is clear evidence that the senate results are incorrect, and there are statistical indications that the presidential results are highly unlikely," stated Lulu Friesdat, Founder and Executive Director of SMART Legislation. "If the results are incorrect, it is a violation of the constitutional rights of each person who voted in the 2024 Rockland County general election. The best way to determine if the results are correct is to examine the paper ballots in a full public, transparent hand recount of all presidential and senate ballots in Rockland County. We believe it's vitally important, especially in the current environment, to be absolutely confident about the results of the election."
As stated in the complaint, more voters have sworn they voted for independent U.S. Senate candidate Diane Sare than the Rockland County Board of Elections counted and certified, directly contradicting those results. Additionally, the presidential election results exhibit numerous statistical anomalies. The anomalies in the presidential race include multiple districts where hundreds of voters chose the Democratic candidate Kirsten Gillibrand for Senate, but where zero voters selected the Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Additionally, a statistician determined that the 2024 presidential election results were statistically highly unlikely in four of the five towns in Rockland County when compared with 2020 results...

'According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the 2020 presidential election saw the highest voter turnout of the 21st century with "66.8% of citizens 18 years and older voting."
The Federal Election Commission reports that 158,429,631 people voted in the 2020 presidential election. Based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the voting age population at the time was 252,274,000.' USA Today

A county judge in Georgia on Tuesday blocked a new rule mandating a hand count of election ballots across the state. Enacting such a sweeping change for the November election, he said, was “too much, too late.”
Judge Robert C.I. McBurney did not, however, knock down the rule outright; his decision was confined to the current election, halting the rule from taking effect for 2024 while he further weighs its merits.
The rule, passed last month by the State Election Board, would have required poll workers across Georgia to break open sealed containers of ballots and count them by hand to ensure that the total number of ballots matched the total counted by tabulating machines. Having failed to “undermine the bedrock of our democracy” with his Jill Stein “recount” effort, John Podesta launches a new destabilization campaign to stop the process of the election and install the war-criminal and serial liar, Hillary Clinton, in the White House.
After careful consideration and many hours of research I concluded that Jill Stein’s recount efforts in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan were not about protecting the integrity of our deeply flawed election system as much as they were about delaying the Electoral College voters from being able to certify their election totals before the “safe harbor” deadline of Dec. 13th thus keeping Donald Trump from being officially named the president elect on Dec. 19th when the voters actually get together and officially cast their votes as prescribed by the voters they represent.
Electronic voting machines rig elections. That is why so many of our allies across the globe refuse to use them. The evidence is overwhelming. Ever seen The Hack from Leon County Florida? If not, it's high time you did. You could vote your way out of this... but not on those machines.
Dear Congress: I can fix ALL of your electronic voting machine 'glitches' and save democracy in just a few minutes of your time for the low low price of only 1 billion dollars!!! The narrative is being written. They want to count undated ballots. They don't want vote auditing in Arizona. And they are telling you now not to trust pre-election polling or exit polling which has been historically accurate up until 2016. The accusations of election fraud in Russia are simply a retaliatory destabilization campaign being waged by Hillary Clinton and her minions of pro-democracy NGOs against the ruling party of Vladamir Putin. The people of Russia don’t buy it, the NGO employees who are being forced to go out into the streets and “protest” are starting to refuse to show up (would you commit treason against a leader like Putin for a pathetic little paycheck?), Putin himself has exposed Hillary’s little pathetic game to the world, and the “pro-democracy” opposition players are ex-Yeltsin era globalist cronies who sold off the state assets of the people of Russia to multinational financial institutions in exchange for millions and millions of dollars.
In short, it’s not going to work but that won’t stop the globalist media PR networks from helping Hillary spread a little destabilization to one of the few remaining super-powers, a country that has enough nuclear firepower to wipe the U.S. off the map several times over and a conventional military that if teamed with Iran, Pakistan, and Syria, could crush our forces in the region in a matter of weeks. That’s to say nothing of throwing China into the mix.
But none of that will stop Hillary Clinton. She’s bound and determined to flex her NGO and psyop media muscle to show Russia she can do to them what she did to Libya. Remember her little giggly gloating interview she gave after her rebels tortured and murdered Moammar Gadhafi (“we came, we saw, he died“)? The question might need to be asked in light of her recent behavior, borderline psychotic behavior, is it time to force Washington to deClintonize itself before their Hitlereque behavior lights a fuse we can’t put out.

Fake news outlet CNN is reporting on this story as if it is the gospel truth and they apparently refuse to link their readers/viewers to the actual 35-page document so folks can judge it for themselves. Here’s the story in a nutshell: an organization of Trump rivals in the primary contest last year hired some former British MI-6 liar to dig up some dirt on Donald Trump during the run-up to the election. The guy cobbled together some bullshit fabrications about Russia cultivating Trump for the past 5 years while simultaneously collecting sex videos of him and some hookers peeing on a bed the Obamas once slept in for blackmail purposes. The “report” was so stupid and devoid of actual facts, the group shelved the “report”. In their desperation toward the end, the Hillary team bought the rights to it, but again, because it was so stupid and sophomoric sounding, even they refused to use it.

Not that long ago President Obama said that Russia and President Putin had tried to influence the outcome of our election process and that it was “unacceptable” behavior for a nation to attempt to influence the democratic process of other nations. Forget for a second that his evidence was so laughable that the Department of Homeland Security, the agency that cobbled it together, posted a disclaimer on the first page of the report that said it didn’t stand by a single shred of “proof” in it’s own report:
“this report is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information contained within.”
Let’s also forget for a moment the troubling rise of the New McCarthyism in America and the lynch-mob mentality that goes along with it.

Yesterday (Friday Jan. 6th 2017) around 1pm, the Department of National Intelligence released their declassified report (PDF) on the Russian hacking story or the Russian “influence” story that has been taking shape here in the States surrounding Hillary Clinton’s crash and burn presidential campaign of 2016.
At about the same time, a man got off a plane in Florida and took a gun from his checked bag and opened fire on people in the baggage claim area of an airport, emptying 3 clips before lying down on the ground and waiting to be arrested. That man claimed earlier that the CIA had been trying to force him to watch “ISIS” videos.
Each and every page of the declassified report contains in the top header an official disclaimer of sorts which reads:
“This report is a declassified version of a highly classified assessment; its conclusions are identical to those in the highly classified assessment but this version does not include the full supporting information on key elements of the influence campaign.”
Key here is the fact that the report contains no facts. None. Zip. Zilch. No evidence reported in the report whatsoever.
