 (They want these poor elderly people the fuck off that valuable property so Big Business got together with the city and they are being told to get out even if their trailers aren't damaged. FEMA not helping anyone post Milton. Folks are opting to sell their damaged property to Big Business for dimes on the dollar because FEMA's 'help' will ONLY come after their insurance companies take MONTHS and MONTHS to REJECT their claims and only THEN can a homeowner START the process with FEMA to get help, they probably wont get. In the meantime, everyone is just shit out of luck so folks are saying that's it, they are beat, and selling out to Blackrock and all the other financial vultures down here picking the scraps for pennies. After the Maui fires this is commonplace now every time there is a disaster.)

 Just what we expected. They aren't letting insurance companies pay homeowners for destroyed homes and the banks, owned by Blackrock, are foreclosing on the properties. All while they don't let the residents clear the lots and make plans to rebuild sine the local government wont let inspectors into the area.

 The Ways and Means Committee is attempting to advance the Maui land grab agenda tomorrow, at 9:30 am in Conference Room 211 at the State Capitol on 415 South Beretania Street. The vote on Senate Bill 3381 appears to be a formality following an hour-long joint hearing of the Senate Energy, Economic Development and Tourism and Water and Land committees, where opposing testimonies were only given 1 minute each to voice their concerns.

They are taking time to erect a massive screen around the land to be sold off to big developers while also informing home owners and business owners it will be a very long time before they allow anyone to start rebuilding in the cleared zone. Why? Why not allow clearing and rebuilding to begin as soon as lots are investigated?
