Just in Time for PHEIC Emergency, Suddenly MPox Found in Philippines

by Scott Creighton

(please see UPDATE at end of article)

Check this out.

'The Philippines has reported a new case of the mpox virus, the first in the country since December.'

'The latest case was detected by heightened government surveillance...' (they were LOOKING for it)

“The mpox virus is among us. This is a warning to everybody,” Health Secretary Teddy Herbosa...'

He did not travel [abroad]. That means the virus is already here in the Philippines,”  al Jazeera Aug 19 2024

This is only the second case outside of Africa, the first being an aid worker in Sweden I believe. Interestingly, the Philippines agreed to the Plandemic Treaty a year ago...

' On behalf of the Group for Equity, the Philippines called on all World Health Organization (WHO) member-states to demonstrate political will and commitment to achieve equity through the Pandemic Treaty at the resumed 5th Meeting and Drafting Group of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB)...' PhilStar June 2023
The announcement of this sudden case of MKay virus was made by Health Secretary Teddy Herbosa who serves under one Bongbong Marcos... yeah, child of that other Marcos from the Philippines.

Here is some background on Teddy:

MPox Americana - WHO Declares Global Emergency Right Before Another Plandemic Treaty Meeting

by Scott Creighton

The latest public version (PDF) of the negotiating text was published on 22 April 2024.

The first thing they will tell you about the World Health Organizations' (WHO) Pandemic Treaty is that is is definitely NOT a power-grab by the WHO designed to dictate to the various nations of the world what they do to protect their own people.

But then again little quips like this are published... recently.

"With this agreement, we take steps to hold countries accountable and strengthen measures to stop outbreaks before they threaten Americans and our security,” said U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra on Saturday.' Reuters June 2024
So it seems at least as recently as a couple months ago even our own public health authorities were tacitly admitting there is a PUNITIVE aspect to this agreement that will FORCE countries to do what they are told. That's what 'hold countries accountable' means.

But hold countries accountable for what?

"The historic decisions taken today demonstrate a common desire by member states to protect their own people, and the world's, from the shared risk of public health emergencies and future pandemics," WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a statement.' Reuters June 2024

Ah yes, of course, the old shared risk doctrine. You remember that, don't you? It went something like this:

  • if one person isn't vaccinated with the experimental mRNA jabs, then NO ONE is
  • a PANDEMIC OF THE UNVACCINATED
  • it's SELFISH to do your own research and make up your mind

You remember those right? Turns out it was propaganda designed to shame individuals, shame and harass individuals into doing something that was clearly not in their best interest.

Pandemic Agreement Timetable Leaves Little Room for December Adoption

(So Big mRNA wants to hold a vote for the Plandemic Treaty by Dec.?  Not out of the woods yet folks)

'“We must always keep the urgency of this generational agreement at the forefront because, as the current outbreak of H5N1 reminds us, the next pandemic may be around the corner,” added Tedros.' Health Watch

from Health Watch

As delegates at this week’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) worked to nail down a day-by-day agenda for negotiating a pandemic agreement for the next few months, it appears increasingly unlikely that the talks will be concluded by year-end.

The detailed work plan – an indication that the Bureau has heard criticism that it has given member states too little notice in the past – underscores that there is so much to do in so little time.

As US Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto noted on the first day of the meeting, the work proposal for the next INB meeting in September “assumes we can reach consensus on at least one article per day, which may be overly ambitious”.

Delegates have also resolved to include consultation with experts as part of the process. This is high time, given that the structures and processes they agree on should be workable for frontline pandemic ‘responders’: scientists studying pathogens, pharmaceutical companies making medicines, health workers and government officials trying to contain outbreaks. But it will mean more time is needed.

New co-chair Anne-Claire Amprou also told delegates on Wednesday that they would need to decide by 11 November – not 15th, as assumed the previous day – if there was sufficient agreement to call a World Health Assembly (HWA) special session in December to adopt a pandemic agreement...

This prompted the European Union’s Americo Zampetti to comment that such sessions should not simply serve as information giving but also solicit the inputs and opinions of the stakeholders, which range from patient advocacy organisations to pharmacuetical companies...

Pentagon Anti-Vaccine Campaign Against Russia, China Revealed Threats to Cybersecurity

(Seems like the DoD ran disinformation campaigns against a number of Covid-19 vaccines that were not their mRNA experimental jabs. Makes sense considering the fact that the DoD made Sars-Cov-2 in the Lugar Center under a DTRA contract with NIH and EcoHealth Alliance and they financed the creation of Moderna in order to manufacture the mRNA jabs. I think it's the DoD who went to Pfizer and demanded they make a Covid vaccine using their mRNA model.)

from Sputnik News

The Pentagon ran a secret anti-vax campaign to undermine China during the pandemic and to discredit vaccines in several other countries, media reported on Friday.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) recorded a targeted and coordinated campaign against vaccination in Russia, including through various channels of disinformation, such as fake accounts, anonymous sources, and biased experts, the RDIF stated in response to a report that the Pentagon waged a secret campaign against a Chinese coronavirus vaccine to undermine China's position during the pandemic

The Russian Direct Investment Fund calls for the creation of reliable mechanisms to counter information attacks by unfriendly states, including in the healthcare sector, the fund said.

According to the RDIF, information attacks on international markets included false claims by the UK Cyber Security Center that Russian-linked hackers had attempted to steal data from the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada on the development of a coronavirus vaccine. In addition, the US Department of Health and Human Services openly wrote in a report about how it convinced Brazil not to use Russia's Sputnik-V vaccine.

"Since the beginning of the registration of the Sputnik V vaccine, we have observed a targeted campaign to undermine confidence in the achievements of Russian scientists, in total, we have recorded more than 300 information attacks on vaccines of the Sputnik family,"
"Successful results of the Sputnik vaccine on foreign markets that demonstrated its safety and efficiency as one of the best vaccines, as well as the publication of these results and other studies in the world's leading scientific journals, played a key role in the RDIF successfully countering the information attacks on the Russian vaccine," Dmitriev added.

In addition, the RDIF has initiated more than 50 studies and scientific publications on the Sputnik vaccine family...

Chinese 'Brain Bug' Story is Cover for DTRA, Predict Project and DEEP VZN's Next Plandemic for 2024 WHO Treaty

This new virus story out of China is pure cover. The storm clouds are gathering for war between BRICS and our WEF Unipolar World View acolytes. The election is coming and Trump looks unstoppable. The WHO is going to have their new Plandemic Treaty ready to go in May of this year. And suddenly we are being prepped to blame China for something our DTRA and DoD made. They made Covid. They pushed Remdesivir in May of 2020 and some (like Ryan Dawson) want you to blame China for what's coming? Wake up folks. Something wicked this way comes.

'The WIV has been designated the most likely source of the Covid pandemic by the FBI and US Department of Energy in what has been dubbed the 'lab leak' theory.' Caitlin Tilley Daily Mail

DTRA’s Therapeutic Arm Latches on to FDA-approved and Affordable Drugs for COVID-19 Relief (Feb 2021)

(DTRA who MADE Sars-Cov-2 (Covid-19) and unleashed it during World Games 2019 in Wuhan, China THEN got Remdesivir approved by FDA thru Emergency Use Authorization as a treatment for people sick with Covid in early summer of 2020 thus ensuring MORE DEATHS to be attributed to Covid. You can't make this shit up folks)

from Dvids

The COVID pandemic took the world by surprise. Researchers were left scrambling to devise a way to best mitigate the negative impact this disease has on global health. However, at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) it is common to operate in the “what if” space when it comes to potential biological threats. In fact, DTRA investments in technologies that detect, mitigate, or neutralize chemical and biological threats to the military and the nation date back more than 20 years.

In late 2019, DTRA started a new program called Discovery of Medical Countermeasures Against Novel Entities (DOMANE) to address novel and emerging threats,” stated Dr. David Hone, Chief Scientist within the Vaccines and Therapeutics Division at DTRA. “Based on previous work, we decided DOMANE would not only focus on FDA-approved drugs but also combination therapeutics, as we believe that no single drug will be completely effective in treating new diseases. COVID-19 has provided us an opportunity to test our hypotheses using DOMANE.”

DOMANE provides rapid decision-making capabilities to identify FDA-approved drugs that will most likely be effective therapeutics for COVID-19. Repurposing candidate drugs from a pool about 7,500 FDA-approved drugs to advance an effective COVID-19 therapeutic allows for a more rapid response in developing a therapeutic regimen. The end-result is a response that modifies COVID-19 in treated patients and promotes a speedy recovery.

Veklury®, which is more commonly referred to as Remdesivir, is a ribonuclease inhibitor developed by Gilead Sciences. It delivers broad-spectrum antiviral activity and has proven to be a modestly effective therapeutic for the treatment of COVID-19. Originally developed as an Ebola Zaire countermeasure, this DTRA-funded inhibitor transitioned for more advanced testing due to promising pre-clinical trials. Remdesivir inhibits viral replication in a wide variety of pathogens and was one of the first therapeutics identified in the Defense Department for repurposing to treat COVID-19. In the summer of 2020, Remdesivir received authorization for emergency use only in COVID-19 patients with continued FDA oversight...

Could our nation’s newest virus-hunting program cause the next pandemic? (May 2023)

from US Right To Know

As the Covid-19 pandemic spread across the globe in January 2020, virus hunters pushed for funding to uncover more “yet-to-be-recognized deadly viruses.” They believed that cataloging viruses in wildlife could help prevent future pandemics.

“In China alone, we sampled >10,000 bats and ~2,000 other mammals, using PREDICT protocols to discover 52 novel SARS related-CoV’s, including the closest relative of the Wuhan nCoV [SARS-CoV-2],” boasts a University of California, Davis letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein requesting federal support for programs like PREDICT, the government’s flagship virus-hunting program.

However, the letter didn’t mention the risks of collecting and studying SARS-related viruses, which have the potential to be lethal or highly transmissible. The U.S. Energy Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the World Health Organization now recognize that a research accident with SARS-CoV-2 may have sparked one of the biggest pandemics in history.

Indeed, the entire chain of virus hunting work entails risks that can lead to accidental infection, from handling animals to experiments in the lab. The risks can even extend beyond the program: published virus genetic sequences allow other groups to perform high risk research, and can even give terrorists instructions for bioweapons.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which spent hundreds of millions of dollars funding virus-hunting work, is attempting to address biosafety loopholes that existed in previous programs. However, new documents obtained by U.S. Right to Know show that their latest precautions center around lab work. The risks involved in handling wildlife and publicly publishing sequences of potential pathogens remain...

A New DOMANE for the Pandemic Era

(DOMANE recommended Remdesivir for treatment of Covid-19 patients which killed many of them and DTRA made Covid-19 in the first place... and here we are setting up the blame for the NEXT ONE on China)

from DVids

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Chemical and Biological Technologies Department, in its role as the Joint Science and Technology Office (JSTO), is developing a system-of-systems called DOMANE — Discovery of MCMs (medical countermeasures) Against Novel Entities — an interdisciplinary effort with team members whose expertise include computer science, physics, and medicine. DTRA CB posits that one drug may be insufficient towards countering a threat, so it is developing DOMANE to rapidly identify a combination of drugs to impact the novel biological threat from multiple targets, which may prove effective in promoting a disease-modifying effect to counter the biological threat.

Systems within DOMANE include machine learning, high-throughput screening, in silico predictive tools, cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM), organ-on-a-chip, and other emergent technologies. Machine-learning algorithms greatly reduce the time needed to search vast amounts of data on drugs and diseases. DOMANE is possible, in part, because of research studies that have occurred over the past several decades on biological threat agents and MCMs. The studies resulted in the global availability of a large repository of laboratory and clinical data (“big data”) on how biological threats affect the human body.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting national human and economic toll demonstrate a clear and present vulnerability of the U.S. to emerging and unknown contagious infectious diseases. For Joint Forces on the battlefield, the possibility of illness due to emerging biological threats can impact their mission. Ideally, they should be equipped with the MCMs they need to lessen the influence of emerging biological threats.

DOMANE started in (late) 2019, (right) before the current pandemic
, with the goal to shorten the traditional, multi-year timeline for developing MCMs to treat novel diseases. Utilizing drugs already approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), DOMANE will evaluate the feasibility of repurposing them as MCMs to combat emerging threats. Some of the advantages to using FDA-approved drugs are that they are already manufacturable, have well-known toxicological profiles, and can proceed directly to human efficacy or Animal Rule studies. This can reduce or eliminate the time-intensive animal toxicology and human safety studies and enhance current good manufacturing practice to scale up process and ongoing stability assessment...

US quietly shuts down controversial wildlife virus hunting program amid safety fears

 from BMJ

For more than a decade, the US government has been funding international programs engaged in identifying exotic wildlife viruses that might someday infect humans.

But today, The BMJ can reveal that a flagship project for hunting viruses among wildlife in Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America to prevent human outbreaks and pandemics is being quietly dropped by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) after private and bipartisan criticism over the safety of such research.

The shuttering of the project marks an abrupt retreat by the US government from wildlife virus hunting, an activity that has also been funded by the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health, reports investigative journalist David Willman. The turnabout follows warnings raised by sceptics – including officials within the Biden White House – that the $125 million “DEEP VZN” program could inadvertently ignite a pandemic.

The misgivings continue to resonate now, as the cause of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the world’s most deadly such event in a century, remains unproven.

USAID's Predict Project and DEEP VZN: CIA Making Deadly Pathogens

Under the cover of an aid agency, the CIA is making deadly pathogens (they hope to have 12k of em by 2026) It started in 2009 under the Predict program and continues now via DEEP VZN. Yet folks still think they can blame China.
