US regime change front funded Nepalese youth revolutionaries, leaks reveal

They then use the damning images to blackmail CHILDREN into self-harm like carving a 764 member's name in their skin with sharp objects. These are soulless freaks and it seems our glorious leaders have tapped into that treasure trove of self absorbed brats to run color revolutions across the globe.)

The US government’s National Endowment for Democracy (NED) spent hundreds of thousands of dollars tutoring dozens of Nepalese youth on “strategies and skills in organizing protests and demonstrations” prior to a violent coup which overthrew the government of Nepal in September 2025, leaked documents show.

The documents reveal a clandestine campaign organized by an NED division known as the International Republican Institute (IRI) that sought to cultivate a Nepalese “network” of young political activists explicitly designed to “become an important force to support US interests.” The leaked documents note that the IRI’s program “connects vibrant youth… and political leaders” and “provides comprehensive trainings on how to launch advocacy campaigns and protests.”

The demonstrations organized under the NED’s umbrella would relate to “issues selected” by the Institute and its local collaborators, thereby “ensuring the U.S. concerns with Nepal’s democracy [would] be resolved,” an IRI report stated. As The Grayzone reported, a similar effort by the IRI in Bangladesh helped generate a coup in August 2024.

Nepal was rocked by so-called “Gen Z” protests in September 2025 after authorities blocked access to social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X, citing the companies’ failure to abide by local regulations requiring them to register with the government. At least 76 people were killed during the resulting violence, including multiple police officers, leading to the resignation of communist Prime Minister K. P. Sharma Oli less than a week after the violence began.

Days later, he was replaced by an interim leader chosen in an anonymous poll which registered fewer than 10,000 votes from Discord accounts.

Though the unrest was widely characterized in Western media as a peaceful and democratic uprising against an authoritarian government, video of the mayhem showed protesters armed with semi-automatic rifles rampaging throughout cities. The Jolly Roger flag from the popular anime series One Piece featured prominently – just as it did during recent anti-government “Gen Z” rebellions in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Mexico. Due in part to their proximity to China or the US, each of those countries is also considered a crucial chess piece in the game of international politics. ..

A US-backed regime-change agency funded and guided the September coup in Nepal, an independent US news outlet reports.

K.P. Sharma Oli resigned as prime minister in September amid violent clashes – known as the Gen Z protests – across the Himalayan nation. The clashes killed 77 and injured more than 2,000.

US-based news outlet The Grayzone cited leaked documents revealing that the US government’s National Endowment for Democracy (NED) spent hundreds of thousands of dollars tutoring Nepalese young people to stage the protests.

The protests caused more than $586 million in losses to Nepal’s $42 billion economy, a statement from the office of interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki, a former chief justice who succeeded Oli, said on Friday, according to Reuters.

The documents cited by The Grayzone reveal a clandestine campaign organized by an NED division, the International Republican Institute (IRI).

The IRI sought to cultivate a Nepalese network of young political activists explicitly designed to “become an important force to support US interests,” it said.

The documents say the IRI’s program “connects vibrant youth… and political leaders” and “provides comprehensive trainings on how to launch advocacy campaigns and protests,” The Grayzone reported.

GenZ Color Revolution against Vucic Government in Serbia Failing?

Competing rallies were held in Serbia on Saturday, February 15th, Statehood Day, which celebrates the Balkan country's 19th-century independence movement against the Ottoman Empire. Aleksandar Vucic, who 1st took office as president in 2017, defiantly stated that the color revolution, which Western foreign NGOs have orchestrated, has failed (see video at end of article)  He specifically accused the U.S. State Department's USAID (often used as a CIA front), CIA regime-change NGO National Endowment for "Democracy" & its EU counterpart of orchestrating the protests & manipulating young people.

Vucic has seen such protests against his government & other destabilization campaigns in the country ever since his election as president.  A constant theme has been the usual "corruption" accusation, hurled at all leaders who don't always bow obediently to Western business interests.  In Western MSM, he's portrayed as too "pro-Russian" (pro-Putin), but Serbia's always traditionally had close ties to Russia.

The Serbian leader has been attempting a balancing act between East & West, seemingly maintaining good relations with the USA & EU while refusing to impose sanctions on Russia over the West's proxy war in Ukraine.  The only flights now between the West & Russia are through the Serbian capital, Belgrade, & Istanbul, Turkey.  Moreover, over 100 thousand Russians & thousands more Ukrainians have been living in Serbia since the war began.  This anti-Putin element has often had a destabilizing effect, with obvious Western assets among them making matters worse.

The US government and its Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) utilize the social media platform Telegram to instigate riots and protest movements against international governments it deems undesirable, former US State Department official Mike Benz said in an interview with Tucker Carlson on Wednesday.

Benz, who served under the Trump administration and is currently a free speech activist at the Foundation for Freedom Online, was asked by the American journalist about potential US involvement in the recent arrest of Telegram co-founder and CEO Pavel Durov in France earlier this week...

"26 US-government-funded NGOs" denounced Russia's attempt to ban the instant messaging application in 2018 since it was being used by the US State Department for its encryption and local popularity "to foment protests and riots within Russia – just as they did in Belarus, Iran, Hong Kong, and attempted to do in China," Benz told Carlson.

The former US official added that Telegram's encryption serves as a powerful feature of evading state control over media while enabling "US-funded political groups or dissidents to garner tens of thousands of supporters with relative impunity."

Benz stated that Telegram was the US' "main channel" for "effectively orchestrating a color revolution in Belarus" in 2020. He noted that "The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) was actually paying the main administrators of the Telegram channels that orchestrated those riots," adding that the NED was "one of the most prolific CIA cutouts in the arsenal."..

Failed “Color Revolutions” Will Continue Across the Globe (archive)

Even though they failed to create a legitimate looking color-type “revolution” in Syria, the war-mongers of the NATO left are not giving up on the program model. They are still claiming victory in places like Libya even though most rational people who are paying attention understand that the once beautiful and independent sovereign state is descending into horrific chaos. Chaos is success for these people because in the chaos, there is opportunity and they’re taking full advantage of it.

In Syria they were reduced to having to pull off another Operation Northwoods type Gulf of Tonkin incident in order to continue with their aggressive assault on the current regime. Their efforts to fabricate a pretext to justify a “humanitarian intervention” failed. They were exposed relentlessly for financing and running the terror campaigns inside the country while Russia and China (and now others) simply refused to allow them the wiggle room they needed at the UN. Now they have convinced Turkey to sacrifice a fighter or two to their grander effort much like President Johnson tried to offer up the USS Liberty back in 1967. 

Remains to be seen how that latest trick turns out.
