Wouldn't really be real news, known all along eg that those patriot batteries are fully set up/manned by uk and/or us specialists/troops, since no way would they trust a $1.2B system to the ukes to "mis-aim" them and waste rounds, at $2-$5MM apiece, on what they consider targets.
