Rudkowski tries to nuance the disinfo presenting the regime change rioters as legitimate protesters and the police as "possibly" the one who are really behind all the violence. His sources expose his bias and he is clearly working on behalf of the same folks the MSM works for... just presenting the same disinfo in a slightly Nurfed manner.
