Top United States university campuses, including those of Yale, New York University (NYU) and Columbia University, are on edge amid arrests of pro-Palestinian demonstrators on Monday and mounting tension between pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel protesters over the war in Gaza.
On Sunday, a prominent rabbi linked to New York’s Columbia University and its affiliated Barnard College, Elie Buechler, urged Jewish students at the institution to stay home due to “extreme anti-Semitism” on the campus.
Columbia’s President Nemat “Minouche” Shafik announced in an official statement that all classes will be held virtually on Monday and that faculty and staff who can work remotely should do so. Monday marks Passover, a major Jewish holiday.
“Over the past days, there have been too many examples of intimidating and harassing behavior on our campus. Anti-Semitic language, like any other language that is used to hurt and frighten people, is unacceptable and appropriate action will be taken,” Shafik said in a statement...

As mentioned even several times explicitly by those very tiktokers on the "tiktok inflation rant" videos up on utube, i've been watching since last fall, who or where are they going to vent if tiktok is banned----no voice!?
ReplyDeleteThat as was pointed out weeks ago is either a unintended nice bonus to the Nasti control freaks and thought police for crowd control of their other main themes, or was even factored into a ban---just imagine how much of a cacophony would be coming from tiktok when the SECOND huge blast of inflation comes, and oh yes it is coming.
Since that affects everyone even up to now except for the top 5% maybe, this would mean mass organized (by social media) demos of hundreds of thousands each all over the land! Likely weekends to start, then any day.
2nd point is those several generational groups making up the under 40 crowd has zero use for any and all msm for their news---it's all from social media. As such, easy to see why cnn etc. ratings well known 20 years now are in the shitter, since that entire cohort is missing.
so entire social platform content will be restricted to the deep snakes, that duopoly under the 2-headed snake themselves, e-Lon and the Sucker Borg.
And of course too stupidly easy to see, just watch how a nano-second after tiktok is banned, that 2-headed snake will flip and everyone will see that "frei speech" there will be limited to a few punctuation marks.
I wonder if this soon to sail act will be smeared in msm as anti-semantic??
