This week, Drop Site News revealed a draft resolution from Trump’s newly christened “Board of Peace.” The resolution outlines what is, in essence, Phase Two of Trump’s unrealistic peace plan that ushered in a new phase of horror in Gaza under the guise of a ceasefire.

Far from abandoning the ludicrous and offensive imagery Trump shared in that AI video from last year of himself and Elon Musk on a beach in an unrecognizable Gaza, this resolution is the battle plan to turn Gaza into the playground for the wealthy that Jared Kushner presented to the World Economic Forum at Davos last week. It’s a Gaza where the only Palestinians remaining are those chosen to be the servants in the new regime.

Leaked “Board of Peace” Resolution Outlines U.S.-Led Plan to Rule Over Gaza

The so-called Board of Peace that President Donald Trump officially launched in Davos, Switzerland last week is developing sweeping plans for a U.S.-backed administration to rule Gaza, according to a draft of the Board’s resolution.

Drop Site obtained the unsigned document, which is dated January 22, 2026 and titled “Resolution No. 2026/1,” from three independent sources, all of whom are in regular contact with U.S. and Israeli authorities regarding Gaza reconstruction. The sources confirmed that its contents align with ongoing discussions in Israel and the U.S. about the implementation of planned governance structures for the Strip.

The resolution, which is the first of its kind from the Board of Peace, details the structure of a U.S.-backed governing authority that would assume full legislative, executive, and judicial control over Gaza, including “emergency powers.” The stated goal of the Board of Peace is to transform Gaza into a “deradicalized and demilitarized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors.”

The copy of the document obtained by Drop Site is unsigned. A blank space is left for the signature of Donald J. Trump, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Peace. It remains unclear whether the resolution has been formally adopted, or whether the version received reflects a final text.

The metadata indicates that the document was first created in mid-December by the State Department—and the date on the document corresponds to President Trump’s appearance at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he formally presided over the official launch of his board. The State Department declined to comment to an inquiry from Drop Site about the resolution...

Germany said Friday that Palestinians should be involved in shaping U.S. proposals to rebuild Gaza after the war.

"Yesterday, we took note of the plans presented in Davos. The Palestinian population of Gaza must continue to be closely involved in all plans and their rights must be upheld," deputy Foreign Ministry spokesman Josef Hinterseher told journalists in Berlin.

He was referring to a presentation made by U.S. President Jared Kushner's son-in-law during the inauguration of the Board of Peace in Davos, showing a new Gaza with high-rise buildings and a coastline that attracts tourists, besides residential, agricultural and industrial units.

Hinterseher, however, welcomed the U.S. announcement of an upcoming reconstruction conference, calling it "an important signal.”...

Jared Kushner was tasked with presenting the working drawing plans for Gaza 2035 to Davos yesterday. The plans clearly depict 4 distinct concentration camps: fenced off residential areas attached to industrial work zones.

As exposed by Drop Site News, they are currently making a temporary concentration camp near Rafah in order to house the forced laborers as they start to build their Gaza 2035 plan.

Donald Trump should be impeached immediately for presiding over this horrendous insult to humanity worldwide.

If no one else, Jewish Americans should DEMAND his impeachment for presenting such a horror.

 Don't try to pretend that isn't what we are looking at. You know it is. Israel is razing a strategic area of Rafah in southern Gaza, compacting the ground, and clearing rubble in a way that suggests the land is being prepared for the construction of new residential infrastructure, according to new research by Forensic Architecture. The findings, which are based on an analysis of satellite imagery, suggest that Israel is beginning to build infrastructure which may be used to house Palestinians and effectively contain them in an area under full Israeli military control.

Since the so-called ceasefire went into effect on October 10, Israel has engaged in widespread destruction of buildings and infrastructure across the more than 53% of Gaza that it occupies east of the yellow line. However, this pattern of Israeli activity—razing the land, compacting the ground, and clearing the rubble—is not visible at this scale anywhere else east of the yellow line. The activity is centered in an area around 1 square kilometer in Rafah at the intersection of the two military corridors.

The location lies on the northern edge of what Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz first announced in July would be a planned “humanitarian city” that would eventually house the entire population of the Gaza Strip. More recently, it emerged in November that the Trump administration was reportedly planning the construction of a number of residential compounds, dubbed “Alternative Safe Communities,” in areas east of the yellow line to provide housing to tens of thousands of Palestinians. The Israeli military was expected to begin clearing the first site for those compounds in Rafah, according to the New York Times. Earlier this month, Israeli military officials told Haaretz that the area is designated for the construction of a residential zone for around 20,000 people.

The United States seems to be poised to reevaluate its tactics in implementing President Donald Trump’s plan for the Gaza Strip. It seems they are considering installing a Palestinian technocrat government and Palestinian police force before assembling their International Stabilization Force (ISF), which they are finding no country wants to be part of.

While this remains very far from acknowledging the rights of the Palestinian people, and even farther from realizing those rights in practice, it is a real vindication for the strategic decisions that the assortment of Palestinian factions — not only Hamas — made in the wake of the diminishment of Israel’s genocide in October.

According to recent reports, the governments of Egypt, Türkiye, and Qatar have managed to make the Trump administration understand that their push for quick Palestinian disarmament in Gaza and the subsequent occupation of the Strip by an international force that would not include Palestinians is a non-starter...

Since the so-called ceasefire came into effect in Gaza on October 10, Israel has been consolidating its control of over 50% of Gaza and—according to new research by Forensic Architecture—physically altering the geography of the land. Through a combination of the construction of military infrastructure alongside the destruction of existing buildings, Israel appears to be laying the groundwork to establish a permanent presence in the majority of the Gaza Strip.

Israel has constructed at least 13 new military outposts inside Gaza since the ceasefire—primarily located along the yellow line, in eastern Khan Younis, and near the border with Israel, according to analysis of satellite imagery by Forensic Architecture.

The chief of the general staff, Eyal Zamir, said Israel would hold on to its current military positions. These give Israel control of more than half of Gaza, including most agricultural land and the border crossing with Egypt.

“The ‘yellow line’ is a new border line, serving as a forward defensive line for our communities and a line of operational activity,” Zamir said during a visit to meet Israeli reservists in northern Gaza, where he also visited the ruins of the Palestinian towns of Beit Hanoun and Jabaliya...

Social media users erupt in outrage after the UN Security Council passes a US-drafted resolution calling for an “international force” in Gaza to pursue “demilitarization” and dismantle resistance infrastructure despite ongoing Israeli occupation and atrocities.

The UNSC on Monday adopted the resolution to establish the so-called International Stabilization Force (ISF) in the coastal sliver.

The force, reportedly to be formed by the United States, Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt, would operate under the pretext of reconstruction and security. Critics have, however, say that a proposal forwarded by US President Donald Trump that includes the force’s deployment ignores the core issues of Israeli occupation, accountability for war crimes, and Palestinians’ right to self-determination and compensation.

“The UNSC resolution is kind of beyond Orwellian. It's comical. It's like a parody of Orwellian,” Sam Husseini, an American writer and political activist, campaigning to expose the Israeli regime’s genocide in Gaza among other things, wrote on X. By Orwellian, he was referring to the dark and oppressive world portrayed by George Orwell, especially in his novel 1984.

The United Nations Security Council on Monday approved President Trump’s peace plan for Gaza, a breakthrough that provides a legal U.N. mandate for the administration’s vision of how to move past the cease-fire and rebuild the war-ravaged Gaza Strip after two years of war.

The Council’s vote was also a major diplomatic victory for the Trump administration. For the past two years, as the conflict between Israel and Hamas has raged, the United States had been isolated at the United Nations over its staunch support for Israel.

The U.S. resolution calls for an International Stabilization Force to enter, demilitarize and govern Gaza. The proposal, which contained Mr. Trump’s 20-point cease-fire plan, also envisions a “Board of Peace” to oversee the peace plan, though it does not clarify the composition of the board.

The resolution passed with 13 votes in favor and zero votes against. Russia and China, either of which could have vetoed it, abstained, apparently swayed by the support for the resolution from a number of Arab and Muslim nations: Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Indonesia, Turkey and Pakistan, which is a member of the Council.

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan reaffirmed Türkiye’s readiness to shoulder the burden in Gaza and fulfill its responsibilities “with a great sense of duty, including sending troops.”

“This is our clearest message to the international community on this matter,” Fidan said in a televised interview late Saturday.

The Netanyahu administration of Israel adamantly opposes a Turkish presence in the Palestinian enclave. It has been vocal in this opposition, with several Israeli officials insisting that there should not be “Turkish boots on the ground” in Gaza.

Türkiye has been behind a diplomatic blitz to end Israel’s attacks on Gaza since 2023 and mobilized to isolate Israel in the international community, taking part in a genocide case against the Israeli officials and ceasing all commercial ties with Israel. Ankara also advocates a two-state solution recognizing a sovereign State of Palestine with 1967 borders and East Jerusalem as its capital, as the only way for a permanent cease-fire.

The US says multiple unnamed countries have offered to contribute to the ISF, though it is unclear whether it would be required to ensure Hamas disarms or function as a peacekeeping force.

Its formation is a central plank of Trump's 20-point plan which last month brought a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in their two-year war.

The U.N. Security Council will vote Monday on a resolution backing U.S. President Donald Trump’s Gaza peace plan, diplomats said, while Russia submitted a rival draft resolution, setting up a confrontation among the council’s veto powers.

Last week the Americans officially launched negotiations within the 15-member Security Council on a text that would follow up on a cease-fire in Israel’s two-year war on the Gaza Strip and endorse Trump's plan.

A draft of the resolution seen Thursday by AFP "welcomes the establishment of the Board of Peace," a transitional governing body for Gaza, that Trump would theoretically chair, with a mandate running until the end of 2027.

It would authorize member states to form a "temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF)" that would work with Israel and Egypt and newly trained Palestinian police to help secure border areas and demilitarize the Gaza Strip.

Unlike previous drafts, the latest mentions a possible future Palestinian state.

The United States and several Arab and Muslim-majority nations including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye called Friday for the U.N. Security Council to quickly adopt the resolution.

"The United States, Qatar, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Jordan, and Türkiye express our joint support for the Security Council Resolution currently under consideration," the countries said in a joint statement, adding they were seeking the measure's "swift adoption."

Friday's joint statement comes as Russia circulated a competing draft resolution to Council members that does not authorize the creation of a board of peace or the immediate deployment of an international force in Gaza, according to the text seen Friday by AFP.

The Russian version welcomes "the initiative that led to the cease-fire" but does not name Trump.

Israel is trying to divide Gaza in half along the ‘Yellow Line.’ What is it, and is it here to stay?

Today, there are essentially two Gazas. One is ruled by Hamas as the de facto governing body in the Strip, and makes up about 47% of the territory. The remaining 53% is under the total military control of the Israeli army. 

Separating these two zones is an invisible border that’s being called “the Yellow Line,” splitting Gaza roughly in half down the middle. Even though Israel has been placing yellow cement blocks all across Gaza to demarcate the line, it’s supposed to be temporary. But what makes it very real is the number of people who are being killed near it.

According to the ongoing ceasefire agreement brokered by U.S. President Trump, this “temporary” withdrawal line is supposed to be moved back after the end of the ceasefire’s first phase, which is approaching its one-month mark. Negotiations are underway to advance to the second phase, but recent statements and reports indicate that the current division of Gaza could be permanent. There’s also something else to consider, and it’s even more troubling: what if the partition of Gaza is the point?...

Arab nations are pushing back against a US-supported proposal to rebuild a “New Gaza” within the Israeli-occupied areas of the enclave, warning that the plan could lead to the long-term "partition" and occupation of parts of Gaza, the Financial Times reported.

The initiative follows a US-brokered ceasefire between "Israel" and the Palestinian Resistance last month, which left Gaza occupied along the so-called Yellow Line: Israeli invading units occupy one side, while Palestinians effectively govern the other.

In parallel, the United States is reportedly pressing the United Nations Security Council to adopt a resolution that would formalize President Donald Trump’s "Gaza peace plan" under international law, leaving little room for negotiation, The New York Times reported, citing senior US officials and diplomats involved in or briefed on the talks.

This move has heightened concerns among Arab and European states about the potential marginalization of Palestinian interests. 

The scale of Israeli destruction in Gaza, much of which has been reduced to rubble during genocide, has made reconstruction a priority for both Western and Arab states. Israeli and US officials have ruled out directing funds to "Hamas-controlled areas", but some, including President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, have suggested rebuilding the Israeli-occupied side as a way to provide Palestinians an "alternative" to the Resistance group...

What’s behind Israel’s new plan to divide Gaza in two

Since the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas came into effect, the Trump administration has been hailing the beginning of a new chapter in Gaza. “After so many years of unceasing war and endless danger, today the skies are calm, the guns are silent, the sirens are still, and the sun rises on a Holy Land that is finally at peace,” the president declared during his speech at the Knesset earlier this month. But facts on the ground reveal a dramatically grimmer reality and shed light on Israel’s new plan for the enclave’s permanent subjugation. 

With the so-called “Yellow Line,” Israel has divided the Strip in two: West Gaza, encompassing 42 percent of the enclave, where Hamas remains in control and over 2 million people are crammed in; and East Gaza, encompassing 58 percent of the territory, which has been fully depopulated of civilians and is controlled by the Israeli army and four proxy gangs. 

Under the Trump plan, this line was intended as a temporary marker — the first stage in Israel’s gradual withdrawal from the Strip as an International Stabilization Force assumed control on the ground. Instead, Israeli forces are digging in, reinforcing the division with earthworks, fortifications, and barriers that suggest a move toward permanence...
