Several high profile fire-sales of big multi-million sq foot offices recently went sale for 50% off, one NYC, one in LA downtown.
Office Buildings of course rated on cash flow per million$ of office, so no tenants= bonds downgraded because inability to pay the interest. Then default after period in arrears.
