Hopeful but not optimistic. The Knesset still has to vote to agree to it before it is formalized and Israeli troops have to start withdrawing to the prescribed line in Gaza. If history is an indicator, Israel will violate the agreement as soon as they get their hostages back and before they allow any meaningful amount of aid into the strip. Only time will tell.
