NBC News Bullshit Story about Trump Planning to Forcibly Relocate Gazans to Libya

by Scott Creighton

NBC News has a new bullshit story about Trump planning to forcibly remove Palestinians from Gaza and send them over to the Libyan shithole Hillary and Barack made way back in the day.

It's bullshit. 5 secret sources are the foundation of the story. Hamas has no idea what they are talking about.

They (Israelis, Zionists and neocons) are pissed off about Trump admin holding meeting with Middle East leaders the Houthis and Hamas so they plant bullshit stories in the Mockingbird Press to try to destabilize trust in those relationships.

The article claims the talks are underway with Libyan leadership... then they post this:

'Dbeibah’s government could not be reached for comment. Haftar’s Libyan National Army did not respond to a request for comment.'

It's total bullshit.  This is what the Mockingbird Press does.

Trump sidelines Israel, ignores Palestine on deal-making trip across the Middle East

from Mondoweiss

Donald Trump has completed his brief tour of Middle East states, the first of his second term in office. It was a headline-grabbing tour, with scandals, important announcements, and events happening alongside the President’s appearances. It was equally notable for what was missing: Palestine.

The issue of the genocide in Gaza could not be relegated to complete invisibility, of course. It’s too important to the host countries, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, all of whom have some interest in seeing the genocide end and allowing the comfortable fiction of a two-state solution to re-enter diplomatic discourse.

But the big announcements from Trump and the gathered Arab leaders did not include any measure to stop the genocide raging in Gaza, and didn’t even mention the escalation of ethnic cleansing in the West Bank or Israel’s recent decision on land registration which amounts to full annexation of more than half of the West Bank.

Trump would like the public to focus on his exaggerated, though still significant, trade and arms deals. And, indeed, it is important to recognize that Trump is sharply escalating the long-term American project of flooding the Middle East with ever greater quantities of increasingly sophisticated weapons. In the process, the Trump administration is dramatically strengthening support for some of the most brutal dictatorships in the world, and is very blunt about doing so...

Policy Expert Details Cruelty and Pointlessness of GOP's Medicaid Work Requirements

from Common Dreams

Days after Trump Cabinet officials championed work requirements in the pages of The New York Times, a progressive policy expert wrote in that same newspaper on Friday that such mandates—particularly for Medicaid recipients—are "cruel and pointless," potentially stripping critical benefits from millions of people through no fault of their own.

The GOP proposal, which advanced out of the House Energy and Commerce Committee earlier this week, would require many Medicaid recipients to prove that they worked or did some related activity for at least 80 hours per month. Republicans are also seeking to dramatically expand work requirements for recipients of federal nutrition assistance.

Matt Bruenig, founder of the People's Policy Project, a left-wing think tank, argued in his Times op-ed that "imposing work requirements on Medicaid is a fundamentally misguided policy," particularly given that "it is employers, not workers, who make hiring, firing, and scheduling decisions."

"Last year, over 20 million workers were laid off or fired at some point from their jobs," Bruenig observed. "Many of those workers ended up losing not just all of their income but also their employer-sponsored health care. Medicaid is supposed to provide a backstop for these workers, but if we tie eligibility to work, they will find themselves locked out of the healthcare system because of decisions their employers made, often for reasons beyond their control."...

RFK Jr. is Fulfilling his Master's Wishes Cutting NIH Funding on Behalf of Billionaire Tax Cuts

by Scott Creighton

RFK Jr. makes me sick.

He's currently under the spotlight being grilled by congress critters for awful cuts to NIH to which he keeps replying 'well when did I do that?' suggesting if they can't tell him exactly what day he signed off on it, it must be a lie.

But he refuses to answer if he remembers actually doing it. Cus he doesn't want to admit he's gutting NIH so TrumpyBear and Russ Vought can reduce government overhead in anticipation of that Big Beautiful Bill that will RAISE taxes on poor people and MASSIVELY CUT TAXES on the rich.

RFK Jr.'s family is rich, BTW.

Ben & Jerry’s co-founder arrested after confronting RFK Jr over Gaza

from Daily Sabah

Ben Cohen, the co-founder of the ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s, was arrested Wednesday after confronting U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., slamming the U.S. policy related to Gaza, according to a video of the arrest shared on social media.

Cohen, a longtime activist and philanthropist, interrupted a hearing on Capitol Hill as Kennedy faced questions from the lawmakers.

"Congress sent the bombs that kill children in Gaza and pays for it with cuts to Medicaid," Cohen shouted at the hearing before he was arrested by Capitol Police.

According to NBC News, Cohen was one of seven protesters forcibly removed from the hearing and charged with the misdemeanor offense of Crowding, Obstructing and Incommoding, which prohibits demonstrations inside congressional buildings.

The Ben & Jerry's co-founder also posted on X, formerly Twitter, saying: "I told Congress they're killing poor kids in Gaza by buying bombs and they're paying for it by kicking poor kids off Medicaid in the U.S.. This was the authorities' response."...

Trump vows US will 'take care of' Gaza, says people are starving

(So Trump ends his tour saying nothing of import about Gaza or recognizing Palestine. Notice Rubio is mentioned in this article. I guess Grima Wormtongue did his work whispering in Trump's ear. Who knows. He opened up Syria so al Qaeda could do business Assad couldn't (now that we killed him) and UAE jumps in immediately with a $800 million dollar deal to ramp up Port of Tartus. They are all scum.)

from Daily Sabah

Donald Trump said Friday that the U.S. would "take care of" the situation in Gaza, telling reporters that people in the blockaded Palestinian territory were starving.

"We're looking at Gaza, and we're going to get that taken care of. A lot of people are starving," the president told reporters.

The brief comments came as Trump concluded the final leg of a multiday tour of Gulf countries.

Israel has imposed a blockade on Gaza for more than two months, prompting U.N. agencies and humanitarian groups to warn of dwindling fuel and medicine supplies in the territory of 2.4 million Palestinians.

Israel has repeatedly denied that there is a humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, despite the dire situation there as a result of its blockade.

Trump's remarks came a day after U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed openness to new proposals for delivering aid to Gaza, following widespread criticism of a U.S.- and Israeli-backed plan.

Rubio also voiced concern over the humanitarian situation in the territory...

Israeli carnage rages on after deadliest day in Gaza since March

from PressTV

Israel continues its carnage in Gaza after the deadliest day yet for Palestinians in the besieged territory since Israel resumed its war on the strip in March.

According to medical sources, 74 Palestinians have been killed so far on Friday, mostly in attacks on the northern Gaza Strip.

The Indonesian Hospital in the northern city of Beit Lahia alone had received 30 dead and dozens of injured, mostly children and women, according to a doctor at the hospital.

Meanwhile, five of the killed people and "more than 75 injured" were transferred to al-Awda Hospital in Jabalia, Mohammed Saleh, acting director of the hospital, said...

NAKBA Day News

100 photos of life in Palestine before the NAKBA. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/longform/2025/5/15/palestine-before-the-nakba-in-100-photos

Recognizing Palestine could be one of Trump’s most pro-Israel moves yet

(The US recognizing Palestine as a state would not only be historic and tremendously beneficial for Palestinians and starving Gazan children but it would also, quite possibly, save Israel... from themselves.

Israel will never see the messianic Zionists' Greater Israel goal accomplished.

They will shed blood and reputation and trust along the way to their ultimate failure... more blood, reputation and trust I should say.

Eventually the crazies and the normies inside Israel will clash as world opinions of the Jewish State tanks. Civil war for the soul of Israel.

This is the path they are on and their current leaders can't see the forest for the trees because they understand it is their last shot at their messianic fevered dreams.

And these people don't care who pays the price, Palestinians or Israelis.

If Trump were to recognize Palestinian statehood, the world turns, aid pours in, and Israel will be forced to shelve the crazies for another 77 years while they, always focused on the PR of the day, will have to bring to power more moderate voices who will do all they can to be SEEN as trying to help and make up for the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the last 17 months (and 77 years)  This will enable the Arab states to recognize Israel as a neighbor and to normalize relations with them. Israel will prosper. Israeli businesses will thrive. All while the Zionists seethe.

It would be the best thing for the state of Israel without a doubt.)

from RT

Media reports are increasingly suggesting that President Donald Trump may announce US recognition of a Palestinian state during his upcoming visit to the Middle East.

The White House is preparing to unveil a plan that would support the establishment of a Palestinian state – explicitly excluding Hamas, The Media Line reports, citing a Gulf diplomatic source. Such a move, the source claims, could dramatically shift the regional balance of power and pave the way for new normalization agreements between Israel and the Arab states.

The visit, scheduled from May 13 to 16, will include official stops in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates – countries with significant influence on both the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the region’s economic and energy dynamics. Notably, Saudi Arabia was also Trump’s first foreign destination during his initial term in office, underscoring its continued strategic importance.

A key component of the trip will be the US–Gulf Cooperation Council summit, set for May 14 in Riyadh, where Trump is expected to outline a renewed American vision for the region. In addition to security and diplomacy, the summit will cover trade, investment, and potential economic agreements, including possible tariff exemptions for American goods in the region as part of broader investment deals.

Analysts believe that if Trump does recognize a Palestinian state, it will not only mark a diplomatic milestone but also serve as a catalyst for expanding the Abraham Accords, the US-brokered normalization deals between Israel and several Arab nations which were introduced 2020. Trump officials, including Jason Greenblatt and Richard Goldberg, have set goals to broaden these accords by 2026, viewing Palestinian statehood – under revised terms – as key to Saudi participation...
