It really is the next best thing to not smoking, health-wise, and the most satisfying substitute. I'd be happy to set you up with a mod.

My mother switched to vaping 5 years ago and I'm convinced she'd be dead or on a respirator by now if she hadn't, she still has COPD but she doesn't cough or struggle to breathe anymore. She used to have multiple daily 5-10 minute marathon coughing fits. Personally, I started to become embarrassed by the fact that I could no longer laugh without coughing or speak without clearing a pound of phlegm from my throat.
