Message was: we've emptied it out, but don't any of you new tsunami coming of homeless, perhaps 10 times bigger than the first, even think about relocating here!
I guess they'll just go 'upscale camping'---after all, every one of those giant mansions; lawns can hold a mini tent city each, front & back lawn.
