Brooklyn Subway Shooting: Frank R. James Listed as 'Patsy of Interest'

by Scott Creighton

Less than 24 hours into the Brooklyn subway shooting incident, without any kind of security camera footage from that location or the one where they assume he entered the N-train subway station, police in NYC have identified their person of interest in the shooting as Frank R. James of Wisconsin.

They came to this conclusion because conveniently he left behind a backpack with all the incriminating evidence required including extended magazines for the gun (one empty, one loaded), a credit card in his name used to rent the van he traveled there in (parked in neighborhood near N-train stop in Brooklyn and rented in Philadelphia) and the keys to said van.

'James rented this U-Haul in Philadelphia and the keys to that van were found in the shooter's possessions left behind at the subway station, NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said...

Also recovered at the scene was a 9 mm Glock semi-automatic handgun, three extended magazines, a hatchet, gasoline, four smoke grenades (two detonated and two undetonated) and bag of consumer grade fireworks, as well as a credit card authorities say was used to rent the U-Haul. They say the gun was not stolen.' ABC

Often in these mass casualty events rental cars are used. No one ever seems to ask why someone with a working vehicle and no plan to escape alive decides to leave their car behind and rent another. Perhaps it's because the folks that frame them can't get their hands on the patsy's car without some form of red flag popping up like the guy filing a stolen car report.

There is of late no MSM outlet questioning the logic of leaving so much evidence behind nor is there any bemusement at the fact that he clearly had other means of transportation so why did he rent a vehicle to take into NYC and leave behind a provable link to him and his name.

' A van matching the police description with Arizona license plates was found just before 5 p.m. on Kings Highway in Gravesend, after a key to the van was found at the scene of the shooting. The vehicle was later searched and cleared, senior law enforcement sources said, as cops removed a table, chairs and memory foam pillows from inside.

The man who rented the van — person of interest Frank James — has ties to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, according to police. He was said to have past criminal records in those states, as well as ties to New York, law enforcement sources said.' NBC

Why would he get away Scott Free and then just leave the keys to the van in the bag along with the credit card in his name used to rent said get-away vehicle? How much sense does that make? Especially when you consider there are no security cameras in either subway station that were working which could actually put Mr. James at either scene?

Here the NYPD are 'retrieving' a camera right there at the exit to the N-train subway stop that should have recorded him leaving.

600 cameras in the area where the shooting took place and not a single video of Mr. James leaving the scene has been released so far.

'There are almost 10,000 cameras in the Metro Transportation Authority (MTA) system, including almost 600 cameras on the Brooklyn section of where Tuesday’s subway attack took place, Janno Lieber, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) chair and CEO, told CNN’s Jake Tapper' CNN
Turns out Mr. James is a 62-year-old man with a Youtube channel in which he calls for violence in an upcoming 'race war' (which he ties to Ukraine) and apparently, for some unknown reason, Youtube hadn't taken down his videos in which he did.

'"I've been through a lot of s**t, where I can say I wanted to kill people. I wanted to watch people die right in front of my f**king face immediately. But I thought about the fact that, hey man, I don't want to go to no f**king prison."...

After talking about community violence, James said, "We need to see more mass shootings. Yeah. ... We need to see more, there has to be more mass shootings to make a n***er understand. ... It's not about the shooter; it's about the environment in which he is, he has to exist."' CNN

'In a more than hourlong rant posted on YouTube Sunday night, James raged about the war in Ukraine, and said it would become the precursor for a race war to wipe out Black people.

“They’re white, you’re not. They’re doing that to each other? What do they think they’re going to do to you?” he fumed. “It’s just a matter of time before these white motherf---ers say, ‘Hey listen, enough is enough, these n-----s gotta go.’ What’re you going to do? You gonna fight. And guess what? You gonna die.” Daily News

How is it that Youtube censors who are all about protecting the community from language exactly like this allowed his channel to remain and him to post content literally calling for violence?

Seems like Youtube has pulled it now.

In the end, it's all wrapped up in a neat little bow with not a single video of the man doing it or him entering or leaving a subway station.

Had this been in a film you rented or a book your read, this manner of someone being framed for a crime, you would have stopped watching or reading the material because it's just so damn stupid.

And yet here we are watching the insipid talking heads on MSM parroting whatever drivel is scrolled in front of them like strung out washed-up actors at the shooting of a Pepsi commercial.

James has been missing for a couple of days. In all likelihood he was pulled over by some law enforcement agency and rushed off to a safehouse somewhere kept drugged and quiet while all of this unfolded so as to make sure he didn't turn up on another security camera somewhere far away from the scene.

This is the kind of crisis governance we get these days as our fascist corporate owned leaders send nearly a billion dollars worth of MIC profit margin weapons to arm full on Nazis in Ukraine who are, by the way, actually the ones killing innocent Ukrainians by the hundreds.

All that's left is for the patsy to show up either drugged to the gills or 'dead by his own hand' after some sort of staged stand off.

There will always be questions of motive since these things never really have one and we have grown accustomed to that aspect of em.

American Gladio is back I guess. Would expect nothing less since the original Gladio was all about keeping fascist Nazi ideology alive and well in Europe after WWII. Sound familiar?

  1. yep, something like "slipped in the bathtub & broke his neck". Who'da thought?

The 'van' theme is a sure giveaway.
It couldn't of course be a basic sedan with a locked trunk where the whatever is stored.

They ALWAYS use a prop or theme that worked for them before---remember the original north tower attack in late feb/1993, also with a patsy fully aided abetted by the fbi?

There was a van involved bigtime there in some way iirc, my note says 'truck' was set off in the basement parkade, but there's been so damn many: Mcveigh's ryder truck, london 2005 july, spain 2004, ruby ridge, waco..

meanwhile, here's the latest sorry ass tale here with our owned & led milquetoast Mussolini, whose sick lies & hypocrisy on this Nasti business was even noted by the 2 Alexes recently in a rant on the duran.

So look at who 'they' are going after (Modi) as a bribe to join & not turn toward Russia in trade like paying in rupiahs for energy.

BTW, this WION is a known badly slanted dis-info outlet, so who knows?

In little more than a month, Russian President Vladimir Putin has changed the course of this young and already troubled century. He has resurrected the threat of territorial conquest and nuclear war. He has jolted Western Europe awake from its long postwar torpor, raising the prospect of rapid German rearmament. He has put the capstone on two decades of U.S. misdirection by defying American power and influence.
