20 people died in Gaza when the IDF targeted Nasser Hospital again with yet another illegal and immoral 'double tap' strike, several were medical staff and 5 were journalists.
Palestinian patients fled the hospital without receiving the urgent care they were hoping to get which is of course the whole point of why the terrorist organization, the IDF, did it in the first place.
Killing journalists while bombing hospitals and targeting rescue workers trying to save lives. Unbelievable.
Four journalists, including Al Jazeera photographer Mohammad Salama, are among 20 people killed in an Israeli attack on Nasser Medical Complex in southern Gaza, according to the enclave’s Ministry of Health.
The ministry said on Monday that the victims were killed on the fourth floor of the hospital in a double-tap strike – one missile hitting first, then another moments later as rescue crews arrived.
Those killed also included Hussam al-Masri, who worked as a photojournalist for the Reuters news agency; Mariam Abu Daqqa, who worked as a journalist with several media outlets, including The Independent Arabic and The Associated Press news agency; and journalist Moaz Abu Taha, according to Gaza’s Government Media Office.
Reuters reported that their live video feed from the hospital, which was operated by cameraman al-Masri, suddenly shut down at the moment of the initial strike.
“The journalist colleagues were martyred when the Israeli occupation committed a horrific crime by bombing a group of journalists who were on a press coverage mission at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis Governorate and many martyrs fell victim to this crime,” the Government Media Office said in a statement.
“We hold the Israeli occupation, the American administration, and the countries participating in the genocide crime such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and France fully responsible for committing these heinous brutal crimes.” al Jazeera
Israel's apologists are already saying there was some Hamas guy hiding in the basement or some other lame bullshit in order to justify the IDF targeting the OR rooms with a 'double tap' attack. They wanted to put the hospital out of service in order to force Palestinians to leave.
Nasser Hospital is in Khan Younis, an area that has been under attack for a while though it was supposed to be a safe zone down in the south of Gaza.
The Glorious Israelis of the IDF, the most moral army in the world, launched a second missile strike on the hospital minutes after the first so they could kill Palestinians trying to rescue the injured.
That's three war crimes by the way (Imagine the outrage if Hamas had done this act of terrorism):
- killing journalists
- bombing hospitals
- attacking Red Cross and emergency responders
Keep in mind, they are doing all of this in order to reoccupy the whole of Gaza, steal the West Bank entirely and keep Benjamin Netanyahu and his crazy band of greedy Zionists in power.
This is par for the course from Glorious Israel though. They are beyond our peasant moralities and laws. They are God's Chosen People after all and let's face it... they want that damn land so they can build... this:
And unfortunately, while some on the fake alt-left will condemn this latest action (just one more in the thousand or so committed by Israel in the past 23 months) they will still find a way to present Hamas as the 'terrorists' in this conflict.
