Israeli violations continue in Gaza despite ceasefire, killing five

Ahmed Muhammad Ahmed Abdel Aal, a 19-year-old Palestinian youth, was killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) south of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Tuesday. His killing marks the latest in a series of ongoing Israeli ceasefire violations. Despite the truce being in effect for 116 days, the occupation continues to carry out deadly operations.

Local sources confirmed that five Palestinians have been killed by occupation forces in the past 24 hours alone, including Ahmed, who was killed at dawn.

Israeli tanks heavily shelled central and southern Khan Younis, while gunboats opened fire from the western coastline of the city. Meanwhile, in the Sheikh Nasser neighborhood east of Khan Younis, Civil Defense units reported evacuating an injured citizen shot by the IOF. Further north, Israeli quadcopter drones targeted residential areas in the al-Safatawi neighborhood, north of Gaza City, wounding an elderly man.

At night, the occupation forces demolished several residential buildings in Rafah and Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, adding to the widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure across the region...
