OMG the University Mall! I used to live in Tampa in the 70s, and have visited regularly since. This was a ghost town of a mall well before COVID. I was last there in 2017 or 2018 and it was starting to come back, with some of the empty chain stores replaced by low-rent (but interesting) peddlers. Haven't watched your whole video yet, but the first 15 minutes sure brought back some memories.
