Dr. John Campbell, except with the very notable and purposeful obfuscation by the stats collector (ONS britain) that they only gave a 5-year aggregate comparison (2017- 2021 IIRC) % rise to a 5-yr pre-covid time span, without specifying exactly what year(s) the specific % jumps were!
