You should come to Honolulu and see for yourself the homeless living on our sidewalks and in our parks, even as far out from Honolulu as Waianae. OMG, They have even taken to build houses in the trees. However, the authorities try their best to chase them out of the Waikiki District and Kapiolani Park because that's bad for business since tourism is our main source of income..
Looks big for intentionally running it into the ground.
