Worry, I repeat WORRY far more if you see or hear of FEMA showing up early near you and setting up shop; their record seems to be the 2 weeks early they showed up before the 2018 'Camp Fire' Paradise mega-fire.
Altho for punctuality the record of showing up 1 day early to set up in NYC will be damn hard to beat.
