For so many reasons- It's years and years overdue.
And in amazing cosmic coincidence, a few weeks ago Joe Rogaine, after signing that $100MM contract for whatever, was misting up everyone's monitor whining, crying, & howling about what a $hithole CA has turned into, so he's packing up & saying goodbye to it, & taking his big bag of munny with him. LOL
