Interesting talk from Giordano. Not sure how much of it I buy since so many of these scientists will oversell their research hoping for more funding (remember Remote Viewing and psychic warriors?) but still something we should be paying attention to.
This guy is former DARPA and a lot of nasty shit has come from them in the past (Covid-19 for one) so take a look and decide for yourselves.
