As the forest burns and flames leap from tree to brush, the wildlife stampedes to safety ignoring the clarion call of those they left behind.  Cowardice is their only recognizable feature after their mask of courage melts away.

We who were once the few who stood against the tide of imperialist America’s baseless wars of aggression will stand alone again soon enough. The writing is clear. Our support, our colleagues, our brothers in peace have left us on the battle fields so that they may still scratch out their own secure place in the ghetto that awaits us all.

A once proud and fearless voice for revolution, now panders for “votes” and donations so to secure a seat at the corrupt table of congress… for himself.  Change the system from the “inside”?  Hardly.  “Votes” will not save this land, but may yet still save him a place as an anointed servant to the oligarchy.

It is a sad day for revolutionaries everywhere.

With the recent setbacks such as Obama getting his Trade Promotion Authority (fast tracking) and yesterday’s passage of the U.S. A. “Freedom” Act, one can’t help but feel we’re tilting at windmills out here in blogger land. Some would say (and have repeatedly said) that we’re fighting an enemy that doesn’t exist. One that we have created ourselves out of targets we can’t possibly understand. That we fear the future and wish to return to a simpler, more romantic period that we have idealized because we simply can’t adapt to the world as it is now.

Currently we’re looking at a countdown to the fascist TPP and TTIP, which by all rational accounts will end the sovereignty of every nation that signs onto them and decimate legal protections set forth by those countries on behalf of global business interests in terms of environmental protections,  worker’s rights, consumer’s rights, internet freedom, privacy protections, small business protections, intellectual property rights and so much more.

Not like it’s the first time, is it?

Today is the day for the Grand Finale of the “Edward Snowden” psyop or the “Manufactured Hero” story as I also like to call it.

At midnight, the U.S.A. Patriot Act sunsets, or at least certain provisions of it do, and therefore the crisis theater threat color code has been turned all the way up to red. And it’s flashing (in spite of the fact that no terrorist threat was ever thwarted by the provisions of the Patriot Act)

Obama is demanding congress pass the “Freedom” Act. He says “God forbid” we don’t pass it and something happens after the Patriot Act goes dark.

Years ago I wrote about the Miracle of Chile being brought to America. This is a process  where the business elites and the Wall Street bankers use their connections in D.C. to impose the laissez-fare economic policies of Milton Friedman on the working classes and the poor of America so that they can funnel yet even more money upward to themselves through extreme privatization, deregulation, and an absolute “free market” ideology which is anything but an actual free-market.

In its purist application (like we have seen in places like Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and others) neoliberalism is the blending of corporation and the state… what Mussolini called “fascism”. Certain large corporations (like GE) and financial institutions (Goldman Sachs) are favored and brought into the government process.  “Big Government” becomes the stated enemy while services and institutions are divided up, sold-off, and business is allowed a free hand in both private and once public affairs. Under the Obama administration, this process is kicking into high gear. We still have Goldman Sachs running Treasury and he even brought in GE’s CEO to serve as his chief of staff in the White House.  There is no question that we are now moving so far to the right in this country that one may soon enough be able to say that we are living under a fascist state.

The success of the skillful marketing campaign of Product Obama™ both before and after the election, is so overwhelming, his administration is capable of doing almost anything in the eyes of his flock with no determinable consequence to his manufactured mythology.

No matter how grievous, no matter how much it is obviously a continuation of the previous hated regime’s affront to the civil liberties of the American people, the laws of this country and the international community, the Obama/Clinton regime’s calculated demolition of the morality of the left has forced Obama’s apologists into a kind of willfully self-induced coma which they will surely languish in for another 4 years.

The global elites who profit, who feed on war, depression, terror, and suffering could not ask for a better front-man. They could not ask for a more complicit and cowardly population at the heart of their economic and military engine of their full spectrum global dominance.

Where Hitler’s Willing Executioners failed, they will succeed. They are Obama’s Willing Executioners and they are proving to be the greatest threat humanity has ever faced.

Anwar al Awlaki: Public Enemy #1 or Something Else?

It is being reported that the United States launched a drone strike in Yemen that killed targeted US citizen Anwar Awlaki as well as former North Carolina resident Samir Khan. Now, if he’s actually dead.. this time… what exactly does it mean? Who did Obama kill without due process of law and more importantly… why?

While President Obama (Peace Prize “winner” (Nobel committee admitted they gave him the award because they wanted to “support his agenda” and not for anything that he had done “”It was because we would like to support what he is trying to achieve“”)) is busy patting himself on the back for what he calls a “major blow” against al Qaeda, keep in mind that the entire al Awlaki story is fraught with bullshit and exaggeration from the very beginning. Now he supposedly gets killed while riding along with a completely fraudulent al CIAda psyop by the name of Samir Khan?

Judge Agrees with Me that ObamaCare MANDATE is Unconstitutional

Even before it was made into law I wrote that the mandate in the Affordable Care Act was unconstitutional. It was a giveaway to Big Insurance making sure young, healthy people who didn't want health insurance HAD to buy it so that Big Insurance could take their money FOR NOTHING.

I called it the Fascist Healthcare Bill because it was. It was written by republicans, centrist Dems and insurance industry insiders. I have opposed it since before it was even voted on.

Yesterday a judge in Texas ruled with 18 states that the mandate is unconstitutional in spite of the fact that the Supreme Court has already ruled it is constitutional based on the flimsy excuse that the payments count as a "tax" on the people of the nation.

Paying a "tax" directly to Big Business is just fine with the Supreme Court. Why not, right?

"In a ruling released Friday evening, a federal judge in Texas sided with states arguing that key provisions of the Affordable Care Act or "Obamacare" are unconstitutional. The decision is almost certain to be appealed, but creates new uncertainty for the country's healthcare system. 

Texas led 19 states arguing that the individual mandate — the requirement that everyone must have health insurance — is unconstitutional, after Congress gutted the key portion of the mandate, the tax penalty for not buying coverage. 

U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor in the Northern District of Texas agreed with those states and ruled the individual mandate unconstitutional. Because the mandate is an essential part of the ACA in the judge's view, that led him to rule that the entire health law should be struck down..." Business Insider

The expansion of Medicare and Medicaid was optional, up to the individual states to allow it. The provision requiring Big Insurance to provide coverage to folks with per-existing conditions was flawed due to the fact that they could still charge a lot more to those folks who have the conditions.

And in the end, I know a lot of people from my time writing American Everyman blog who told us horror stories about friends and relatives who were CRUSHED by the expense of the coverage, WHICH THEY STILL COULDN'T USE DUE TO EXTENSIVE COSTS.

If this kills fascist, ultra-right ObamaCare, so be it.

Sanders, Lee, Murphy Resolution is Not What It Appears - Attacks Will Continue

The new resolution being hailed by folks on the left as a victory is not what it seems. It allows for more U.S. bombing of "al Qaeda" in Yemen like what Barack Obama did on Dec. 17 2009 which killed 23 children.
