Is it any wonder other nations would rather do business with China? If you think about it, were we to rid our government of Big Business influence, we could actually compete with the Chinese in terms of international influence and win. Just imagine how we could rebuild our industrial base and vastly expand the Middle Class rather than erase it like we have been doing since 1980. It's possible.
Paul Jay interviews a guy who hung out with the chief financier of 9/11 patsies... so they can blame Saudi Arabia for financing 9/11 patsies... at a time when MbS is stalling on Vision 2030 plan.
And not a single mention of Dancing Israelis.
The Real News Network is nothing more than REAL PROPAGANDA.
Col. Larry is back to his old deceitful tricks, doing his thing in support of our oligarchs' efforts to make the world safe for neoliberalism.
This time Larry Wilkerson is pushing a regime change operation in Saudi Arabia just like he did back in 2002 and 2003 with the Iraq regime change operation. His BS is absolutely insulting and the fact that he delivers this propaganda on the Real News network is even more insulting.
The US rarely has 'unblemished' partners so it will pour more
defensive weapons into Saudi Arabia despite outrage over Khashoggi and
Yemen, Pentagon chief James Mattis admitted as the nation handed the
kingdom a big new deal.
The most-recent major
US-Saudi arms deal was rolled out on Wednesday. Riyadh is seeking to get
THAAD air defense missile systems, and the terms of the purchase were
quietly formalized this week, the State Department announced. Under the
$15 billion contract, Riyadh will receive 44 THAAD launchers, missiles and related equipment.
The news of a yet another lucrative contract came the very same day
Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
rushed to defend the kingdom against the mounting anger in the Senate
over the murder of dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi and the bloody
war in Yemen. Speaking at a closed-door briefing, they explained that
Saudi Arabia is simply too important to scrap existing bonds.
The Pentagon's chief called Riyadh "fundamental" to regional and Israeli security, as well as crucial for the US' own interests.
"We are seldom free to work with unblemished partners," Mattis bluntly admitted. He went on to argue that the ties with the kingdom "cannot be dismissed" even as Washington condemned Khashoggi's death...

The new resolution being hailed by folks on the left as a victory is not what it seems. It allows for more U.S. bombing of "al Qaeda" in Yemen like what Barack Obama did on Dec. 17 2009 which killed 23 children.
Yes, I know... but Sibel Edmonds has joined a small group of writers exposing the Jamal Khashoggi disappearance as psyop designed to put pressure on MbS on behalf of the globalist financial interests looking to profit from the neoliberalization of Saudi Arabia. It's good work and worth reading.
Thank you all for getting me to 1,000 subscriber mark. It means a lot to me.
*This is an Urgent Summary Report on the Khashoggi Case. I will
be following this up with a detailed article series and video reports at
Newsbud. Also, at the bottom this report I have a brief status report
for my amazing Newsbud Community Members, explaining my three-month
absence.
After 55 days covering the Jamal Khashoggi Case, 24 X 7, on the ground, in Turkey, with over 600 reports and analyses, via my pinned thread @sibeledmonds
on Twitter (due to not having access to my computers and being equipped
only with one cell phone), I am ready to conclude and publicize my
investigative report.
The Khashoggi Case is a massive PsyOp concocted by MI6, CIA and
Mossad, with the cooperation and participation of certain high-level
Saudi Government intelligence officers.
For the first 53 days of my investigation of this case, while posting reports and analyses via Twitter posts on
an almost hourly-basis, I had refrained from a definitive conclusion,
partly to protect my sources, but also due to fulfilling the requirement
of having documents and at least two direct named (and
vetted/legitimate sources).
Yesterday I broke the news on the bombshell revelations by
Former Director of the Turkish Military Intelligence Services, General
Ismail Hakki Pekin, via Oda TV Live Coverage on Nov 21. See the 6-min
video clip below
General Pekin, an insider with a long career in Intelligence who has
high-level contacts and sources within MI6, CIA and Mossad, made the
following statements (Summary Translation) while risking severe backlash
from the government here in Turkey:
On June 21, 2018, The American Conservative hosted its annual crony
capitalism conference at which Ralph Nader delivered a speech on the
military industrial congressional complex titled "Eisenhower's Warning:
Prophetic and Presently Understated."
Chris Murphy, "trumpslayer" and leader of the fake resistance, is now calling for a NEW investigation into President Trump now being owned, he claims, by Saudi Arabia... not Russia... like he previously claimed.
Of course, he fails to mention Lockheed Martin is pissed off because they didn't get to sell MbS 15 billion worth of useless THAAD missile systems and that same Lockheed Martin has a big-time presence in his home state of Connecticut.
So the "national interests" must be observed. Billions of dollars in profits for Big Business must be considered. Iran, Hezbollah and the Houthis in Yemen must be blamed. And Saudi Arabia must be protected because they lead the fight against global terrorism coming from the Wahhabists and Salafists who come from... Saudi Arabia.
And oh yeah... Israel, Israel, Israel and... Israel.
Thus are the reasons your president gave for not launching a nuclear attack on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia yesterday at the behest of the CIA and their sponsors at Lockheed Martin.
The senators from Lockheed Martin didn't think that was good enough and they sent yet another letter to the president (through the Washington Post of course) demanding we put MORE SANCTIONS on YET ANOTHER NATION on behalf of our glorious NATIONAL INTERESTS.
The way this works out is this: the senators with Lockheed Martin cash floating their retirement plans want the Duke of Orange to deny Saudi Arabia the sale of the rest of the 100 billion dollars worth of merchant of death equipment if they don't make good on the 15 billion dollar purchase promise they made to Lockheed Martin.
That's like the guy at the dealership saying you GOT to take the EXTRA CAMERAS package that you don't want on your new hybrid POS car and if you don't you can just HIT THE BRICKS.
That's some real thug life shit right there from these congress critters. Talk about your organized crime.
The CIA "report" is due out today but in actuality, the whole point of this is to force Trump to put pressure on the KSA to remove MbS from his place in line for the throne. They are doing this because he is not neoliberalizing the kingdom fast enough and is getting too close to Russia and China. Ultimately it all comes down to this: you might hate Trump but have you ever taken a close look at a country run by the CIA? Trust me when I say this: you don't want to live in a country run by these monsters and that is where we are headed if we don't demand someone stand up to these parasites pretty damn soon.

AS Bernie Sanders once again promotes the globalist propaganda of the day (as he has done from Yugoslavia to Libya to Syria to the White Helmets et al), the New York Times has penned an article promoting the same phony CIA "conclusion" that the Washington Post wrote about two days ago (and I covered exposing just how vapid and devoid of actual evidence the CIA "report" actually is)
"The C.I.A. made the assessment based on the crown prince’s control of Saudi Arabia...has buttressed its conclusion with two sets of crucial communications" NEW YORK TIMES Nov. 16, 2018
In effect, the Times says the CIA believes Mohhamed bin Salman MUST be responsible for the murder of Jamal Khashoggi (in spite of the fact that no body (or parts in a well) has been found) because... he's responsible for everything that happens in Saudi Arabia.
The two "crucial communications" they mention break down like this:
neither of the crucial communications have been released to the public (nor the "killing Khashoggi" tape for that matter)
MbS' brother directly states he never said anything like that to Khashoggi (says the last time he communicated with him was Oct. 2017) and dares CIA to release the call at which time "A C.I.A. spokesman declined to comment." when the Times asked them about that
the "tell your boss the job is done" could of course refer to anything someone was sent there to do
This has got to be one of the most baseless, empty CIA reports in history... and there are a lot of baseless, empty CIA reports to compare it to. The Jan. 6 2017 Russian "collusion" report comes to mind (for the record, Bernie Sanders stands by that one as well)
In spite of what Sheepdog Sanders said in his Tweet, the CIA has confirmed nothing other than they have nothing to connect the disappearance of Jamal Khashoggi to MbS.
"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of
unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the
military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of
misplaced power exists, and will persist." Jan. 17, 1961, President Dwight Eisenhower
Nothing happens in a vacuum. And that is a fact.
The Washington Post has scribbled a new piece of baseless propaganda from the CIA yesterday which was IMMEDIATELY PARROTED by ALL WP assets on social media. It's FAKE NEWS and its being megaphoned just like all the "RussiaGaters" say lies about Killary were back in the lead up to the election of 2016. Of course... Twitter isn't shutting down their accounts (just sayin)
"riding the camel"?!? is that a racial slur from Laurence Tribe? Sure sounds like one.
When I saw all this effort and hyperbole coming from the MSM and their various lackeys on social media I figured the Washington Post MUST have come up with something significant on old Mohamed bin Salman (MbS) in order for them to be pushing this hard on it.
So I went and read the article. Imagine my surprise...
Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, the only remaining brother of the current king of Saudi Arabia and the uncle of Mohamed bin Salman (MbS), has been shipped from London, the epicenter of global neoliberalism (and it's birthplace), to Riyadh where he is supposedly going to try to make some kind of arrangement to bring MbS back under full Western control or to curb his powers or replace him outright. They are calling it "crisis control" and the estranged prince only agreed to go back once Western neoliberal powers promised him their help with his security detail.
"... some analysts are calling a potential challenge to the authority of Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman...
"I think the gesture means there is a change coming some time soon,"..
... agreed to return to Riyadh only after receiving security assurances from the UK and United States." al Jazeera
Much is being made about this in places like the Middle East Eye which have been calling for KOS regime change since the beginning of 2018 (a place intimately connected to Jamal Khashoggi by the way) but in reality, MbS met Prince Ahmad on the tarmac and allowed him to meet with other heads of state without issue. Seems like MoB is fully confident in his job security at this point.
" Michael Stephens, an expert on the Gulf and a fellow at the
London-based Royal United Services Institute (Rusi), a defence and
security think tank, urged people to be cautious about Prince Ahmed bin
Abdulaziz’s visit to Riyadh.
“Saudi court politics is always full of intrigue, but
people should stop over-reading into things. [King] Salman has invested
too much into MBS to watch him fall. Secondly, MBS still has the
monopoly on security decisions, a threat emerging from a recalled prince
is small indeed,” he said." The Independent
You see, the problem with regime changing Saudi Arabia is though there are literally thousands of Saud royal family members to choose from and to bribe, only a few in one of the 7 major tribes are actually in control of the government over there... and MbS along with the king, have made sure to put him in control of most of it.
Which is kind of what you would expect of a future king.
Which is kind of what you would expect the current king to do... make sure his son, MbS, is secure and ready to take control when he abdicates the crown.
King Salman suffers from Alzheimer's disease and though he is extremely wealthy, some things are beyond even his control.
So a father is in a position to ensure his son rises to power and nothing foreign leaders demand or his estranged London-based brother can say or do will change that decision.
Its all very Game of Thrones stuff when you think about it.
Amid a chorus of condemnation
directed against his leadership following the slaying of controversial
journalist Jamal Khashoggi, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman –
popularly known by the moniker MBS – condemned Khashoggi’s murder in no
uncertain terms on Wednesday, calling the deed
a “heinous crime that cannot be justified” and promising “justice” for
those who killed him. MBS’ statement came after dozens of media reports,
the majority of which had cited anonymous sources from within the
Turkish and U.S. governments, revealed the grisly details of the
journalist’s final moments and the subsequent attempt by his killers to
cover their tracks. Yet, while MBS may expect the international calls for his ouster to lessen following his recent admission and apparent behind the scenes deal-making,
he is likely mistaken. Indeed, much of the outrage directed at MBS for
his alleged role in Khashoggi’s death has little to do with the murder
itself, which is being used as a pretext to justify replacing MBS with a
more “reliable” tyrant to serve as Saudi crown prince.
This is because the real reason the
knives have come out for MBS is not a single extrajudicial killing – a
practice the Saudis have long used with impunity – but instead the fact
that, in the six weeks prior to Khashoggi’s sordid fate, MBS not only
managed to anger the entire U.S. military-industrial complex, he also
enraged the world’s most powerful financial institutions, including
Goldman Sachs and CitiGroup...
When even Donald Trump understands that your psyop sucks, you're in bad shape and should probably be fired.
"They had a very bad original concept. It was
carried out poorly, and the cover-up was one of the worst in the history
of cover-ups. There should have never been an execution or
a cover-up, because it should have never happened. I would say it was a
total fiasco from day one." President Trump
So lets run back over the official story real quick too see if I have it mapped out correctly.
According to the current version of the narrative:
"Saudi Vision 2030 has been described as a “neo-liberal blueprint”. It
envisages, among hundreds of initiatives, privatizing entire sectors of
the economy, cutting subsidies, courting investors at home and abroad,
streamlining government services, and going public with the national oil
company, Saudi Aramco.
In its two-year review of Saudi Vision 2030, issued in May 2018, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) declared that Saudi Arabia was making “good progress” in implementing reforms likely to help spur economic growth." Neville Teller Oct. 2018
The "JOBS" president, the president of MAGA, has quietly and secretively scripted clauses in each of his foreign deals that permit (and in some cases even force) U.S. companies to set up shop overseas to make the products The Donald claims will create jobs for our citizens right here at home.
The Saudi deal, the 110 billion dollar deal Trump claims will "create over a million jobs", is certainly NOT an exception to that rule since the Vision 2030 plan (crafted by Mohammad bin Salman and globalist McKinsey Group in late 2015) specifically sets into law a clause that mandates AT LEAST 50% of all purchase deals with companies overseas requires them to set up shop and build products in Saudi Arabia.
Which is fine for U.S. companies since our government will subsidize their costs to build shops and they can take advantage of cheaper labor and much fewer taxes.
Ultimately these business ventures (450 billion worth across all markets according to Trump) will build an entire industrial infrastructure... in another country. Talk about NAFTA on steroids. And the whole time the only folks in this country who will benefit from it will be major shareholder or the owners of the companies or their CEOs. Workers will be screwed in the long run because the companies, once these shops are opened, will ultimately send more and more work to them due to lower overhead costs. American workers will once again be forced to compete with cheaper labor overseas to the point where they cant and shops are closed here and opened over there.
Now that was the plan and that is why MbS was treated like a God when he came over here in March of this year. His is the ONLY voice in deciding who gets what share of the pie when the KSA is chopped up on the neoliberal chopping block and the ONLY voice when it comes to which foreign companies get what military contracts.
And all of a sudden MbS is being universally demonized by ALL of our media and even alternative media outlets.
Why?
Well it appears he may not be so inclined to give our oligarchs the prime pickings and so our oligarchs' puppets in congress, the White House and the media have decided to do something about it.
After all... we are talking about 6 trillion dollars in direct investments in Saudi Arabia's privatization schemes and well over that amount when it comes to business deals and investments being made by the KSA overseas.
That is holy, good God, biblical money... and our neoliberal masters of the universe want it. Every bit of it. So they will pressure MbS to pick their companies for the plum assets of his country, or damn it all, they will pressure the kingdom to get rid of him and install someone more friendly to our...
... national interests.
How many times have we seen one of our dictators fall from grace and have to be removed and replaced in the name of those same "national interests"?
It happens all the time and this is no exception. Not rocket science. Not brain surgery. You don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar to understand the situation at hand.
Back in 2015 MbS issued a promise that many of our oligarchs and financial institutions were counting on profiting from and as it turns out... they aren't getting what they wanted.
So MbS has to get his mind right and do as he is told... or he has to go.
Its really as simple as that.
What follows is my video talking about this and detailing all the evidence for it. Plus all corresponding links.
