Did YouTube Give Me Two Strikes on One Video Due to Google's Own Vax Mandate?

I received a strike on a video from July on Sat. On Sunday EMPLOYEES watched the video (in which I talk about unwarranted vax mandates imposed by employers) and said it did not violate community guidelines. On Monday someone on high at YouTube gave me another strike on the same video and then set the appeal to auto-reject. Why?

Within 27 hours YouTube rescinded my appeal victory, gave me another strike for the same video and then denied my new appeal based on my having won the previous one. I'm not kidding.
