Blinken: 'We see hope for the future..." with our al Qaeda Terrorists Running Syria

by Scott Creighton

The new Shining City on the Hill is al Qaeda Syria, according to outgoing Sec. of State Blinken.

Just a note: one month since our USSOCOM head-chopper proxy army took Syria, there is still no word from Bashar al Assad or his wife and brother. Just a reminder of the nature of this bloody coup.

Blinken says 'Israel Accepts Deal' while Netanyahu tells Hostage Families 'There is NOT Going to be a Deal'

by Scott Creighton

Prepare yourself for a slew of MSM and fake alt media accounts of how Hamas is standing in the way of a deal in Gaza.

Sec. of State Blinken is telling the world that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has agreed to our 'bridge deal'

'Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accepted the latest U.S. proposal for a cease-fire in Gaza, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Monday' Daily Sabah

While Bibi Netanyahu himself told the families of the hostages still being held in Gaza that there will never be a deal so they should just shut up and get over it I guess.

Last chance for peace Gaza truce talks reach 'decisive moment'

from Daily Sabah

Ongoing Gaza cease-fire negotiations, which "may be the last chance for peace," have reached a decisive point, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Monday.

Blinken called the latest diplomatic push by Washington probably the best opportunity and urged all parties to get the agreement over the finish line.

The marathon talks toward a cease-fire that has been going on for months are set to continue this week in Cairo, following a two-day meeting in Doha last week.

Blinken will intensify U.S. diplomatic pressure to ensure negotiators secure a breakthrough later this week after the U.S. put forward last week bridging proposals that the mediating countries believe would close gaps between the warring parties.

"This is a decisive moment, probably the best, maybe the last opportunity to get the hostages home, to get a cease-fire and to put everyone on a better path to enduring peace and security," Blinken told reporters, ahead of his meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog...

Pressure on Israel necessary for Gaza cease-fire: Fidan to Blinken

from Daily Sabah

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan underlined the need to put more pressure on Israel for a permanent cease-fire in Gaza on Monday.

The two top diplomats were discussing regional developments in a phone call made at the request of Blinken, Foreign Ministry spokesman Öncü Keçeli said.

Fidan told Blinken that Israel's assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh shows Benjamin Netanyahu's administration is not interested in peace, Keçeli said.

He continued by highlighting that Hamas had previously displayed a positive stance for a cease-fire and that the U.S. needs to keep putting pressure on Israel, as he told Blinken that the escalation of tensions in the region was concerning. Israel needs to refrain from taking provocative steps that would lead to further spillover, Fidan said.

The phone call between the two foreign ministers came after the U.K. joined France and Germany in a call for Middle East de-escalation...

Gaza ceasefire plan in balance as US says Hamas proposed 'changes'

(Israel will not accept the deal under any circumstances nor will they offer revisions as what they want is a war crime. They want to steal much of Gaza, return settlements to the strip and turn it into another West Bank. This is the only solution for the rabid Zionists and it is by definition a war crime)

from the BBC

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has told Hamas that it is "time for the haggling to stop", after its leaders proposed "numerous changes" to a plan for a Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal.

He told reporters in Doha that some of the changes were "workable" and others were not, but that the US and mediators Qatar and Egypt would "try to close this deal".

Hamas said on Tuesday that it was ready to "deal positively" with the process but stressed the need for Israel to agree to a permanent ceasefire and full withdrawal from Gaza.

The Israeli government did not comment, but an anonymous official said the Palestinian armed group’s response amounted to a rejection.

Israel’s prime minister has not yet publicly endorsed the proposal, which US President Joe Biden said had been offered by the country when he outlined it 12 days ago...

Blinken lobbying for strikes on Russia – NYT

from RT

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is pushing the administration of President Joe Biden to allow Ukraine to attack targets deep inside Russia with American weapons, the New York Times reported on Thursday, referring to unnamed US officials.

The ban, according to the White House, was imposed out of concern that if US arms were used inside what Washington acknowledges as Russian territory it would trigger an escalation and potentially World War III. Blinken has been advocating for scrapping the restriction after making a “sobering” visit to Kiev earlier this month, the newspaper said, citing insider sources.

Ukrainian officials have claimed that being unable to target Russian forces across the border with American weapons led to the failure of its troops to prevent the recent Russian advances in Kharkov Region.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the offensive is a response to months of Ukrainian artillery and drone attacks in Russia’s Belgorod Region and that a buffer zone is required to deprive Kiev of the capability to make such strikes. The Times said that Ukrainian weapons “don’t pack the power and speed of the American weapons.”...

Iranians ‘better off’ without Raisi – Blinken

(Our politicians always have to bend the knee to the free market regime changers.)

from RT

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has claimed Iranians are “probably better off without President Ebrahim Raisi, who was killed along with several other senior officials in a helicopter crash on Sunday. The US diplomat made the remarks while defending his department for offering its condolences over Raisi’s death, arguing it was merely a formality.

The State Department had expressed its “official condolences in a brief statement on Monday, while reaffirming Washington’s “support for the Iranian people and their struggle for human rights and fundamental freedoms.”

Blinken was grilled about the statement during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Tuesday, when Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) claimed it was “shocking” that the administration would mourn a “sworn enemy of the free world.”

“We expressed official condolences as we’ve done when countries – adversaries, enemies or not – have lost leaders,” Blinken explained. “It changes nothing about the fact that Mr. Raisi was engaged in reprehensible conduct, including repressing his own people for many years.”...

Blinken tells Ukrainians to embrace conscription

(What a Globalist Ghoul Blinken is. Telling young kids to throw their lives away so we can keep the meaningless conflict going until the last Ukrainian is dead. What a POS he is.)

from RT

Ukrainians must accept more mobilization as a necessary step toward the country’s eventual NATO membership, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during a speech in Kiev on Tuesday.

Speaking to students at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, the top US diplomat noted that Ukrainians are relying on his country for continued support, but insisted that they must see the importance of the military draft for the fight against Russia.

“Your recent mobilization was a difficult decision, but a necessary one. The defenders who have so courageously held the line for more than two years need help. They need rest,” Blinken said.

Joining the military will “allow you to harden your defenses, to build more units, to take the fight to Russian aggressors,” he added...

No Saudi defense pact without Israel deal – White House

from RT

The US will not enter into a defense agreement with Saudi Arabia unless the kingdom recognizes the state of Israel, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has said. However, Riyadh has made any recognition deal contingent on the Israelis agreeing to work toward the formal establishment of an independent Palestinian state.

Media reports last week suggested that Washington and Riyadh were drawing closer to signing a bilateral security pact, even as progress toward a Saudi-Israel normalization deal remained stalled. According to Reuters, the pact would see the US enter into a formal alliance with Saudi Arabia and help with its civilian nuclear program in exchange for Riyadh cutting some economic ties with China...

The Saudi Foreign Ministry stated in February that the kingdom would not establish formal relations with Israel unless an independent Palestinian state is recognized on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, and that the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip stops and all Israeli occupation forces withdraw from the Gaza Strip.”...

Saudi FM says US bilateral agreements ‘very, very close’

from al Jazeera

Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister says Saudi-US security pact negotiations that bilateral agreements between the kingdom and the United States were “very very close.”

“Most of the work has already been done. We have the broad outlines of what we think needs to happen on the Palestinian front,” Faisal bin Farhan said in a panel at the World Economic Forum special meeting in Riyadh.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was on the same panel, added that an agreement “is potentially very close to completion” but that there must be a credible path towards a Palestinian state to move forward.

Blinken warns Israeli assault on Gaza's Rafah would be 'mistake'

from Daily Sabah

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned Thursday that a major Israeli attack on the southern Gaza town of Rafah would be "a mistake" and unnecessary in defeating Hamas, underscoring the further souring of relations between the United States and Israel.

Blinken, on his sixth urgent Mideast mission since the war began, spoke after huddling with top Arab diplomats in Cairo for discussions over efforts for a cease-fire and over ideas for Gaza's post-conflict future.

He said an "immediate, sustained cease-fire” with the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas was urgently needed and that gaps were narrowing in indirect negotiations that the U.S., Egypt and Qatar have spent weeks mediating.

Blinken heads to Israel on Friday to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his war Cabinet...
