'The Witkoff Massacre': Hundreds Killed or Wounded as Israeli Forces Open Fire on Gaza Food Aid Site

from Common Dreams

"There was fire from all directions, from naval warships, from tanks and drones,"  Amr Abu Teiba,

...

In a point-by-point breakdown on Friday, Drop Site News' Jeremy Scahill detailed that Witkoff, through his negotiations with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is trying to "strong-arm Hamas into a deal that does not end the genocide" that continues apace in Gaza.

After Israel last week rejected tentative language amenable to both the U.S. and Hamas negotiators, Witkoff responded on Saturday to an updated draft submitted by Hamas with a rejection of his own, calling it "totally unacceptable."

Meanwhile, the threat of famine for the entire population of Gaza continues—all with firm U.S. backing and complicity, infuriating humanitarians worldwide as the death and suffering mounts.

Reda Abu Jazar toldAl-Jazeera on Sunday that her brother was among those killed as he attempted to retrieve food at the distribution site in Rafah.

"Let them stop these massacres, stop this genocide. They are killing us," she said...

IDF Stages Ambush Attack on Refugees at Another GHF Distribution Site Kills 40

by Scott Creighton

An Israeli IDF quad-copter made an announcement in a refugee camp in Khan Yunis telling the Palestinian families there that they should travel down to another refugee camp a bit west of Rafah where the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) had set up a food distribution center.

A few hundred desperate and hungry people made the trek south in hopes of finding some food for themselves and their children.

When they got there, the IDF opened fire on the crowd killing at least 40 of them and wounding another 150.

Meanwhile in the north, the IDF carried out another 13 attacks on various sites hoping to drive all the Palestinians out of that plot of land so Glorious Israel can steal it for their own.

Benjamin Netanyahu says Palestians aren't really hungry and Mike Huckabee suggests they should all move to France.

This genocide, first one live streamed in history BTW, is reaching some John Lynch levels of absurdity.

Reports of killings, abductions, and missing persons at U.S.-run aid center in Gaza

from Mondoweiss

Muhammad Imad Abdel Hadi traveled from Khan Younis to Rafah on May 27 to obtain food after hearing that the American and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) was distributing aid in the Tal al-Sultan area. Amid the chaos that erupted at the distribution point, starving Palestinians desperate for food stormed the site and forced the American mercenaries manning it to retreat.

Muhammad was one of the people who managed to secure a food parcel for his family. He was on his way back with the joyful news when the Israeli army killed him before he could deliver it.

Muhammad’s mother, Rehab Abdel Hadi, dressed in black, now carries her son’s coffin at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis and walks in his funeral procession. Holding the coffin with one hand and placing the other on her chest, she speaks aloud to herself as she walks toward the cemetery: “My eldest son is dead. The light has gone from my eyes.”

Rehab laments that her eldest son went to get food for the family, and that he left walking on his own two feet, but was carried back on people’s shoulders...

Chaos and Shots Fired at Desperate Crowd in Rafah Aid Distribution Center

by Scott Creighton

The State Department spokesman will lie and tell you it was Hamas firing the guns. But that is not what happened.

'Israeli troops have opened fire near thousands of hungry Palestinians as a logistics group chosen by Israel to ship food into Gaza lost control of its distribution centre on its second day of operations.' The Guardian

Is that clear enough? The IDF opened fire on the crowd in Rafah in order to 'calm them' as thousands of hungry Palestinian desperately attempted to get their hands on some little tiny bit of aid the Glorious Israelis graciously allowed to cross INTO SOMEONE ELSES COUNTRY.

Don't believe the goy? Here is the Jerusalem Post's version:

' The IDF on Tuesday celebrated the announcement of the opening of two large food distribution centers by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which in turn said it had handed out around 462,000 meals’ worth of food.

However, the first day of distributions was plagued by ongoing controversy.

At one point in the afternoon, the Palestinian crowds who had come to receive food overran the facility’s outer defenses, trying to seize as much food as they could for themselves. This led the IDF and the US security contractors running the facility to fire warning shots in the air to make the crowd back off.' Jerusalem Post

Now watch State Department official lie about who fired the guns and then claim Glorious Israel should be given credit for distributing '462,000 meals'... the number coming right from the IDF propaganda outlet.

'Israel' backtracks on lies as footage exposes murder of Gaza medics

from al Mayadeen English

The video footage exposing the Israeli occupation forces' execution of 15 medics in Rafah has forced "Israel" to backtrack on its fabricated narrative, claiming its lies were "unintentionally made".

Further claims were made and later debunked by video evidence, including that the ambulances did not have their emergency light on, and that the Israeli forces came under fire. The later Israeli military report claimed that the Israeli forces hid the bodies and the ambulances under the sand "to prevent them from being eaten by wild animals."

This procedure was unusual for their forces committing genocide and leaving bodies in the streets left and right for one and a half years intentionally, for them to be eaten by wild animals later on, which suggests that the IOF did it to hide evidence.

What actually happened

The New York Times obtained video retrieved from the cell phone of a Palestinian paramedic, whose body was discovered alongside 14 other aid workers in a mass grave in Gaza in late March, showing clearly marked ambulances and a fire truck with emergency lights activated as they came under heavy Israeli gunfire...

‘Full-fledged war crime’: Hamas slams Israeli strike on civil defense teams in Rafah

from PressTV

The Palestinian Hamas resistance movement has strongly condemned the Israeli military’s attacks on Palestinian Civil Defense teams and paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, calling the assaults a “full-fledged war crime.”

The Gaza-based resistance group, in a statement on Friday, said the recent discovery of the bodies of 15 first responders, found buried in sand next to their destroyed vehicles in the Tel al-Sultan and al-Baraksat neighborhoods of Rafah days after losing contact with them, exposes the extent of the atrocity committed during the latest Israeli assault.

The movement stressed that the deliberate targeting of emergency workers while performing their humanitarian duties represents one of the most egregious violations of the laws of war and forms part of the Zionist regime’s ongoing attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip.

“The Israeli war machine recognizes no limits to its brutality,” the statement read.

Hamas denounced what it described as international silence in the face of such crimes, terming this inaction as unacceptable complicity...

Israel bombs Gaza refugee camps as tanks push deeper into Rafah

from PressTV

Israel has bombarded the Gaza Strip's historic refugee camps in the center and struck Gaza City in the north, while tanks pushed deeper into Rafah in the south.

Health officials said a barrage of airstrikes killed 16 in Zawayda town, Bureij and Nuseirat camps and the overcrowded city of Deir-Al-Balah, the last major urban center in Gaza not to be invaded by Israeli forces.

Images showed mourners at the al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah, where several corpses lay on the ground. One man cradled the covered body of a child.

Ahmed Abu Muheisen said one strike had targeted his cousin’s family in the al-Zuwaida area. “His children and his wife were martyred and so was he.”

“Enough, enough already!” said Eid Abu Rakab, another mourner...

Clashes mount as Israeli tanks push deeper into north, south Gaza

from Daily Sabah

Israel killed at least six Palestinians and destroyed several housed several houses on Sunday as its military advanced further into the Shejaiya neighborhood of northern Gaza and pushed deeper into western and central Rafah in the south.

Israeli tanks, which moved back into Shejaiya four days ago, fired shells toward several houses, leaving families trapped inside and unable to leave, the residents said.

The Israeli military claimed forces operating in Shejaiya had over the past day killed several Palestinian resistance members, located weapons and struck military infrastructure. On Saturday it announced the death of two Israeli soldiers in northern Gaza.

The armed wing of Hamas and the allied Islamic Jihad reported fierce fighting in both Shejaiya and Rafah, saying their fighters had fired anti-tank rockets and mortar bombs against Israeli forces operating there...

Israeli tanks move near Rafah's Mawasi camp day after killing 47

from Daily Sabah

Israeli tanks closed in on the Mawasi camp for displaced Palestinians in southern Gaza's Rafah on Sunday after killing at least 47 people in overnight airstrikes.

Images of two Israeli tanks stationed on a hilltop overlooking the coastal area went viral on social media, but Reuters could not independently verify them.

"The fighting with the resistance has been intense. The occupation forces are overlooking the Mawasi area now, which forced families there to head for Khan Younis," said one resident, who asked not to be named, on a chat app.

More than eight months into Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, its advance is focused on the two areas its forces have yet to seize: Rafah on Gaza's southern tip and the area surrounding Deir al-Balah in the center.

Residents said Israeli tanks had pushed deeper into western and northern Rafah in recent days, blowing up dozens of houses.

Israeli strike on camp for displaced kills 25, injures 50 in Rafah

from Daily Sabah

At least 25 Palestinians were killed, and 50 others were wounded after Israel carried out strikes on tents providing shelter to displaced people in Al-Mawasi, Rafah on Friday.

In a statement, the Health Ministry in Gaza said the death toll from the Israeli attack on tents in the Al-Mawasi area rose to 25, with 50 others injured.

Earlier, medical sources told Anadolu Agency (AA) that rescue teams recovered the bodies of 18 victims and provided treatment to 35 injured people after Israeli tanks targeted the displaced persons' camp.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed the incident in a statement, noting that its medical teams are "handling a large number of casualties following the Israeli shelling in the area."

Two Israeli Merkava tanks positioned on a hill opposite the Shakoush area in western Rafah fired artillery shells at a gathering of displaced people near the gate of the International Committee of the Red Cross field hospital, resulting in multiple casualties, witnesses reported to AA...

Israel ‘lied’ about 'tactical pause' as Rafah crossing destroyed: Govt.

from PressTV

The Government Information Office in the Gaza Strip says Israel lied about a daily pause of its attacks in southern areas of the Palestinian territory.

The office made the announcement on Monday, a day after the Israeli military claimed that it will carry out a “tactical pause of military activity” every day from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. local time to allow aid trucks to move from the Kerem Shalom crossing up the Salah al-Din road and northwards.

The Kerem Shalom crossing is the main entry point for incoming aid to southern Gaza. The Rafah crossing, also in southern Gaza, is another entry point for humanitarian assistance into the besieged territory.

Israel has repeatedly closed the the tightly controlled crossings in a deliberate attempt to block the flow of food, medicines and basic supplies into Gaza, using starvation of civilians as a method of warfare...

Biden's VICHY White House Differs to Genocidal Zionists to 'Investigate' Their ONGOING Genocide

 by Scott Creighton

At the 11:00 mark in video watch John Kirby lie REPEATEDLY about what happened on Oct 7 2023.

'1200 innocent Israelis slaughtered, mutilated, raped, tortured'

The TOTAL body count of Israelis killed SINCE Oct 7 2023 currently stands at 1.130 with over 600 of them being IDF soldiers, most of whom were killed AFTER Oct 8th.

Many of the 530 or so Israeli civilians killed on Oct. 7th were killed by the IDF. This is not up for debate, it is a recognized FACT so stated by both the IDF as well as by Israeli press outlets.

And John Kirby knows this.

Israeli embassy in Mexico on fire as protesters express anger over Rafah massacre

from PressTV

Angry demonstrators have torched the Israeli embassy in Mexico City to denounce the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza, after clashes erupted between law enforcement and protesters.

Pro-Palestinian protesters participated in the "Urgent action for Rafah" and voiced their outrage at the embassy of the Israeli occupation, which was set on fire by protesters with the use of Molotov cocktails.

Protesters concealed their identities and hurled stones at the riot police in retaliation to their crackdown against the protest by obstructing their way to the compound and tear-gassing them.

A clash with law enforcement ensued when a group of demonstrators attempted to dismantle the barriers obstructing their access to the diplomatic mission.

There were unverified reports of several people injured in the chaos.

Mexico, on Tuesday, filed an intervention declaration in South Africa's case accusing Israel of "genocide" at the International Court of Justice...

Israeli military moves further into Rafah, has full control of Philadelphi Corridor

(This is a direct response to the United States continuing to stand behind the savage Zionist genocide in Gaza. As the rest of the world condemns Israel for their brutality, in the U.S. Biden's PR team tries their best to pretend like this is all just an accident and the IDF is still the most moral army in the world. This is the power of AIPAC and the Zionist bankers and financiers who own our government. As much as these actions diminish Israel's reputation in the world, so to do Biden's undermine ours. #VichyAmerica )

from al Jazeera

'The Israeli military continues to move its forces further in the central and western parts of Rafah, after plunging the city into total darkness overnight Israeli forced seized more of the border area with Egypt, known as the Philadelphi Corridor. This comes as Israeli strikes targeted various areas in Rafah overnight, and in the early hours of Wednesday. Nearly all hospitals there are out of service.'

Israel's Rafah killings do not cross red line, no change in policy: US

#VichyAmerica

from Daily Sabah

Israel's recent massacre in southern Gaza's Rafah would not trigger any policy change from the U.S., the White House said Tuesday.

Gazan health authorities said at least 45 displaced people were killed as a blaze tore through a camp for displaced people following the Sunday strike by Israel.

But Washington does not believe that Israel's actions in Rafah amount to a full-scale operation that would breach Biden's "red lines," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said.

"As a result of this strike on Sunday I have no policy changes to speak to," Kirby told a White House briefing. "It just happened, the Israelis are going to investigate it."

Kirby added however that "this is not something that we've turned a blind eye to" when asked "how many charred corpses" it would take for Biden to change course on the issue...

US politician Haley writes 'finish them' on Israeli shell for Gaza

(When she was running for president Nikki Haley talked about how little respect she had for Donald Trump as a person. She talked about what a tragedy it would be if he were in office again. Now she endorsed him. She is a callous, morally vapid opportunistic grifter. I have more respect for those on the right and the left who make statements and stick to them. Here she is doing a photo-op sucking up to AIPAC and the soulless Zionists who run D.C. Keep in mind she wrote that on a shell to be used in Gaza the day after Bibi and the rabid Zionists bombed a refugee camp in Rafah killing 46 innocent people.)

from Daily Sabah

Image

Former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. and presidential hopeful Nikki Haley has been photographed writing "Finish Them" on an Israeli shell likely to be used in Gaza.

The incident occurred earlier Monday as she toured sites near the northern border with Lebanon.

The photograph was posted on X on Tuesday by Danny Danon, a member of the Israeli parliament and former ambassador to the United Nations, who was accompanying Haley on her visit.

"'Finish Them'. This is what my friend the former ambassador Nikki Haley wrote," Danon said in his post that showed a kneeling Haley writing on a shell with a purple marker pen.

Haley was a hawkish U.N. envoy under Donald Trump and her term overlapped with Danon...
