Now we are told Ian David Long took the time during the shooting to 1. mock us for not passing some kind of mental hygiene law and 2. clear up that whole "no motive" thing.

The other day (Friday) I made a video and a post here talking about the anomalies surrounding the Borderline Bar and Grill shooting in Thousand Oaks California and I mentioned an Instagram post Ian David Long supposedly made "sometime around" the time of the shooting and how it perfectly played into the gun-grabbing narrative that we need some kind of new "mental hygiene" law set up to evaluate citizens based on things like their social media presence in order to determine whether or not they should be allowed the right to own weapons. I also mentioned new legislation being written to that end in the wake of the synagogue shooting that took place two weeks prior to this latest one.
"I hope people call me insane (two smiley face emojiis) would that just
be a big ball of irony? Yeah... I'm insane, but the only thing you
people do after these shootings is 'hopes and prayers'...or 'keep you in
my thoughts'. Every time...and wonder why these keep happening... --(two smiley face emojis)."
Turns out, this story is even dumber and more ridiculous than I thought.
I am posting this collection of references to go along with a video I am making. Will add the video after it processes.

Legislation arising from tragedies is almost uniformly bad.
One need only look at the domestic surveillance growth industry kick
started by the Patriot Act to see that fear-based legislation works out
very badly for constituents.
Eric Adams, the president of Brooklyn Borough, and state
Senator Kevin Palmer are currently writing the proposed legislation,
which would give law enforcement authorities the power to check up to
three years of an individual’s social media accounts and internet search
history before they are allowed to buy a gun, WCBS Newsradio 880 reported.
One of the main aims is to identify any hate speech shared by the
users, as the politicians noted that such offensive comments are
generally only discovered after mass shootings occur.
The facile explanation for this ridiculous piece of
legislation is this: somehow the Pittsburgh shooter might have been
prevented from buying a gun because he posted anti-Semitic content to a
social media platform.
Demands for gun control NOW! have already begun as have race-baiters like Paul Joseph Watson and Pam Geller making claims that the shooter was "Middle Eastern" (when in fact he was a white guy who had served as a Marine til 2013)
Also turns out there were at least 6 off-duty officers from "various agencies" in the bar at the time of the shooting.

Another mass casualty event. They are starting to pick up in regularity again like they did during the Obama days. Don't know much about this one as of yet except for the fact that he seems to have been dressed like many of the shooters in the past and supposedly took his own life. Motive, as usual, unknown at this time. Will update as I learn more.
